  We have just spent the winter in this comfortable home. The house was extremely well equipped. The kitchen contained everything that you could use. It was very clean, and the new tile was easy to maintain. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get around in the park, There were lots of beach chairs available for our use. The owner replied to our concerns(which were few) within minutes of us sending an e-mail. I was concerned about the size of the dining room table, but it was larger than it appeared in the pictures. I would certainly recommend this property.

  My husband has a conference every year in Sandestin. We have been going for the past 7-8 years. I have rented through VRBO many times. We have rented more "luxe" rentals, but with 4 kids this time we decided to rent a more "basic" property and use that savings to put into our activities and dining. We were very pleased with this rental. A GREAT value. It met all of our needs. The master suite is very spacious. Nice reading chair in the corner. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen. It was so nice having 2 full bathrooms. I liked that it was a 1 story unit. Makes unloading luggage and groceries so much easier. My only minor complaint would be for such a large house - the dining table only sat 4. Wish we could have eaten together instead of having to eat in shifts. There is a table on the patio but it rained almost the whole week so couldn't utilize that table. Thanks so much!

  We just returned from our week long stay at this wonderful home! The owner, Lynn, is so helpful and accommodating! The home is in beautiful Sandestin, close to everything! The street it is on is very quiet, clean and friendly. The house was very clean, decorated nicely and roomy, comfortable for six adults. It was very close to Baytowne restaurants and shops, and only a short drive to the outlet malls. I recommend this great home away from home to anyone!

  Just returned from 3 nights in this villa and would definitely recommend to others and rent again for future visits. Very spacious, very clean and a great location - easy access to Grand Blvd, Baytowne Wharf, beach and easy in/out of resort. Nice quiet neighboorhood with very pretty views. The golf cart is a super addition and we only used our car once during our stay and that was due to rain. Lynn, the owner, was very easy to work with and I look forward to being a guest in her villa again.

  This was my first trip to the Destin area and we really enjoyed staying in this condo at Sandestin. The picture of the front of the condo does not do it justice. We slept 5 adults and 1 infant very comfortably and could have easily accommodated a few more. What the owner does not mention is that he has available for your use all the necessities for the beach. This includes everything from umbrellas, chairs, children's toys, coolers, and flotation devices. Since we were not aware of this we brought our own but for those of you future renters this is a huge savings for you! On day one we experienced some difficulty with the golf cart. I want to let you know the owner was very prompt and efficient in handling the problem. And I definitely recommend renting the golf cart with the condo. It was very convenient to use to get around the resort. Very handy when going to the beach AND when you are in a golf cart the parking is much better both at the beach and the Baytowne village area. Destin shopping is just minutes away and accessing the resort is easy after your initial arrival you are given a pass for the dates one plans to be present so with each entry one is not stopped. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering staying at Sandestin.
