This 800 square-foot post and beam cottage is situated at Salt Spring Island's Long Harbour. There is a short gravel path and 14 steps to the shell and stone beach. There is also a 160 foot walkway leading to a deep water float for moorage.
Sea Breeze Cottage is ideal for care-free family vacations. The home has a brick fireplace with glass doors, and bright south-east facing windows. Patio doors lead to the large deck - right next to the ocean, ideal for outdoor dining with its patio table, chairs, barbeque and view of Long Harbour.
The larger village of Ganges is a 10-minute drive and offers full amenities and services, including restaurants, shops, mini-malls and galleries. Fulford Village has a collection of unique shops, a general store, a marina, two restaurants and a pub. There are 2 golf courses on the island, plus boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals, movie theatre and a dive shop. The climate is the most hospitable in BC. Outdoor activities can be enjoyed year round.

$900.00/week low season. A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is charged.
Saltspring bylaws restrict vacation rentals to monthly periods during
summer months. If it is not possible to complete a month long rental, arrangements
can be made to shorten visits. No daily rentals.
Payment is due 50% on booking, 50% 6 weeks before arrival.

This property is waterfront with moorage. Also nice is the variety of wildlife that come right onto the property - eagle, deer, otters, mink, raccoons and seals off the beach.

Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at the cottage on Saltspring. I thought I would drop a short email to tell you how much we enjoyed it. It was lovely and peaceful with plenty of wildlife.The windowed front with views onto long harbour and all its wildlife was great and it was good to get onto it with the rowboat.The other four in the family all play piano and found it a real delight to have one there.I think they were queueing to play it! It was the first time we ever rented somewhere that had a piano. In the whole week the tv wasnt switched on once. If we ever make it back to saltspring we would love to rent seabreeze again.
