Farmhouse in the Vineyards! Sleeps 8!
Year Purchased: 1991
Why the Owner Chose Geneva
This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.
Owner's Map of Geneva
I grew up in a very handy family! My father was blessed with 4 girls before he had my brother, and we were taught to run wood lathes, etc in his workshop. This fueled my desire later in life to renovate properties and share them with others who are interested in seeing what our beautiful Ashtabula County has to offer!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This was our second time staying at this house. The house has everything you need for a fun weekend away with friends and family. We enjoy the location, which is out of the heart of Geneva-on-the-Lake and close to many of the wineries we like to visit. In addition, there is a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, and all linens are provided -- extremely convenient! Overall, the house is well maintained and clean, and you feel right at home the minute you walk in. The pictures in the listing give a very accurate view of what to expect. Plus, you can't beat the cost compared to what many other hotels and B&Bs in the area charge. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a low-key weekend in Geneva. You won't be disappointed!

This house is the best way to go if you have a group of friends or couples. It is very roomy and clean. Lots of space to hang together, visit, make a meal and play games. Close to all the wineries and having one right next door is awesome!! We have been here twice and are getting ready to head back soon for the third time. We will always use this home when we come. We would even use the other one they own. Stacey is wonderful to work with! I would recommend this place to anyone. Cannot wait to come back. So happy I found it on here. Hope you enjoy it too!!

Had a wonderful time on our girls weekend. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were huge, furniture, including beds, very comfortable. Took the Lodge wine trolley on Saturday, it picked us up at Laurello Winery and took us to four other wineries, so we did not have to drive. Our stay was great and we would not hesitate to come back.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the vineyard! The property ws clean and ready when we arrived and was easy to keep up while we were there. Lots of room for kids to play, inside and out. We brought our own bikes, and used a few of theirs. The nearby trails are great for all levels of riders. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy enough for several people to work together in. We loved putting 10 - 13 people around the dining room table. And even more around the campfire! The winery next door has good wine and fabulous pizza. We enjoyed a few of the covered bridges and wine tastings. And we loved taking the little kids to play in the river as well as swim in the lake. We're hoping to get back again soon!

For the second year in a row this owner has provided our family of four with a peaceful, pleasant, pet-friendly, week-long vacation. Listing is accurate, photos don't quite do it justice. Our college-aged kids and their friends almost lived in the "man room" for the first few days, but we enjoyed quality time watching a dvd in the living room. The fire pit is great as is the patio with the gas grill and shade in the morning. Don't miss the killer pies and produce at the corner of 534 and 307. If we can coordinate college schedules, we will be at one the homes next year.

My friends and I went to Geneva for a day/night to take in the wineries in the area and stayed at this farmhouse. We absolutely loved it. It's huge, clean, nicely decorated and close to several good wineries...one winery is a stone's throw away. I would recommend this place to anyone. My friends and I can't wait to book it again later this summer!
