This unique 3 bed/2 bath 'Old Town Tower' is ideally located, and has UNMATCHED 2 BEDROOM PRICING. Just 1 block from the gondola, River Park trail systems, Bear Creek Nature Preserve, and 2 blocks from the main street business core, this unconventional 3 level structure with rooftop solarium rises 40 vertical feet, affording bedrooms at each level. The queen guest room and the second room with a full and suspended twin are located on the first level. One bathroom is also on level one. The living room, dining area and kitchen are located on level two. The Master Bedroom, which has a queen bed, and Master bath are on the third level. The Master bath has a bidet, and an extra large sunken tub with surrounding windows that offer fantastic views while relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. Stayed for a month over the summer with wife and daughter, couldn't have been happier. Location is perfect, right in the middle of town near gondola, creek, etc. Condo is spread across 3.5 floors so it feels even bigger than it is. Amazing views from the top floor solarium. Furnishings are interesting and high quality and everything is generally in very good shape. Master suite has to-die-for views up-canyon. Will absolutely try to stay here on future trips to Telluride. Basically, this is one of those places that is so nice I probably shouldn't write a review, lest everyone else catch on; but the owner and property manager are so nice and the place is so outstanding that I really feel compelled to share.Did you find this review helpful? We loved our stay at the "Treehouse" over New Years. Great location to ski area, gondola, grocery store and just a few minutes to the main street for restaurants and shopping. Spacious living area and good kitchen for a rental. Very nicely decorated. Definitely will try to stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
