Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in our beautiful PENTHOUSE gulf front condominium located at Edgewater Beach Resort. Just steps from the beach and pool, unit 1405 has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom terrace unit is located on the 14th floor and has 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge on the 2200 square foot deck and enjoy the sun and relaxing gulf breeze.
Completely remodeled in 2008, this unit is beautifully furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen bed in bedroom three. There are adjoining bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. A sectional sleeper sofa in the living area will also accommodate two additional guests. There are 4 TV's, 3 DVD players, and 2 VCR players. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. A full size washer and dryer is included for added convenience.
Included in your stay is FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay, and FREE Wi-Fi. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available. Edgewater has scheduled fitness classes in it's state of the art fitness center. A personal trainer is also available for private sessions. Edgewater offers a kids night out during the summer months so parents can enjoy a evening together.
**** For our snowbirds, Edgewater has daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS. Our personal trainer has scheduled fitness classes specifically tailored for our winter guests. Afterwards, relax in our heated pool or spa.****
Enjoy a $20.00 gift certificate to the Tiki Bar & Grill located poolside. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a heated spa and toddler splash pool. A well-equipped children's playground as well as a basketball/shuffleboard court, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Edgewater also has a professional putting green for our guests enjoyment. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, or family reunions.

Edgewater has a no smoking and no pets policy. Edgewater also prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
