Relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation in our three bedroom three bathroom condominium located at Edgewater Beach Resort. Unit 1104 has wonderful views of the gulf and bay. Renovated in 2008, this beautifully decorated unit has wood ceilings in all three bedrooms as well as ceiling fans, a jetted tub in the master bath, fresh white cabinets in the kitchen, granite counter tops, new tile, and a full size washer and dryer. The unit has a king bed in the master, queen bed in bedroom two, and two twins in bedroom three. A sofa bed in the living area will sleep two additional guests. There are four TV's and 2 DVD players for your added enjoyment.
Included in your stay is FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay, and FREE WIFI. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available. Edgewater has scheduled exercise classes in its state of the art fitness center. A personal trainer is available for private sessions. Edgewater offers a kids night out during summer months so parents can enjoy a evening together.
****For our snowbirds, Edgewater has daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS. Guests enjoy our annual Mardi Gras Ball. Our personal trainer has scheduled fitness classes tailored specifically for our winter guest. Afterwards, relax in the heated pool and spa. ****
Guests receive a $20.00 gift certificate to enjoy lunch and refreshments at the Tiki Bar & Grill located poolside. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a heated spa, and toddler splash pool. A well-equipped children's playground overlooking the gulf as well as basketball/shuffleboard court, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Edgewater also has it's own professional putting green. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, or family reunions.
The customary end of stay housekeeping fee is included in the price of your stay for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals. Monthly rentals enjoy one free mini-clean for every month they stay .
Edgewater prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Edgewater has a no smoking and no pets policy.
