This home is an ideal family or group retreat. It has two floors for entertaining with a friendly open layout. The main floor has kitchen, full bath, dining and great room with large fireplace that creates a comfortable social environment. Large picture windows and deck overlook private wooded setting.
First floor all weather entry with closets and large ski storage and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms, full bath and game room also with satellite TV.

Our home is less than a five minute drive to the center of Ellicottville and only a few minutes further to the lifts of Holiday Valley. We are located on nine acres of private woodlands.
This is a true four season home that is private yet accesses the best of Ellicottville. Most people come for the snow and skiing, but we enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle touring, fishing, hunting and the many festivals held throughout the warm weather seasons in town.
