Cutinolo is a generous and well equipped ensemble which was fully restored in the year 2000. Both houses - Podere and Stalla - are divided into 2 spacious apartments filled with sun-light and cheerful colours. Large french windows on the ground floor of the apartments allow you to moove freely between indoors and outside. The front of the main house PODERE (sleeps 10) has a spacious pergola with table and chairs. The Dépendance (sleeps 2/3) is directly adjoining the Podere. The long and low second house - STALLA - painted in a beautiful dark terracotta colour - is divided into the apartments Colombaia (sleeps 8) and Fornaio (sleeps 6). The decoration of the houses is the result of a family-collaboration in choosing the colours, actually doing the special paint effects, designing the kitchens and finding the right furniture at antique shops and markets.

Podere is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, telephone, TV (regional channels) and CD-player. The bedrooms on the first floor of Podere are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of the Podere you will find two living rooms and a dining room which have french windows leading out into the garden, a spacious country-kitchen with a marble sink, marble table tops and an open fire place, as well as a double en-suite bedroom which also opens up onto the garden. The first floor is divided into 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The bedrooms on the first floor all have air condition.

The apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, telephone, TV (regional channels) and CD-player.
Both apartments at Stalla are flooded with light which pours in from both sides of the house. Each of the apartments is composed of a large living-dining room, a kitchen and 3 to 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Great care has gone into the decoration of the apartments. The floors are in traditional terracotta tiles and the rooms are washed in appealing mediterranean colours. Most of the rooms in both apartments have french windows leading into the garden. The kitchens have a typically Tuscan kitchen range covered by local travertino, a stone pinkish-gold in colour which complements the mediterranean blue and white tiles.
From a tecnical point of view the equipment of the apartments at Stalla is of the highest quality, from a semi-professional stove with 5 gas rings in the kitchens to double glazed windows in all rooms, as well as of course dishwashers, washing machines and central heating.
Colombaia and Fornaio both have terraces, equipped with table and chairs, which invite for al fresco meals. However privacy is guaranteed as the dining areas look out onto the open country side.

The swimming pool is 7 x 15 metres large and is equipped with sun beds and deck chairs in exotic timber which we imported directly from Indonesia. They look beautiful under the bamboo roofs which were built to provide shade. The pool is shared with Stalla. The property is surrounded by vineyards which were planted four years ago and open landscape and the woods of Marsiliana beginning in the background. Next to the house a road leads from the hamlet of Marsiliana (where is located the Castello Maremma - also featured in our portfolio) to Capalbio, a charming Tuscan hilltop village which has become fashionable over the last ten years.

The beach is at a distance of 14 km. The main hamlet of Marsiliana is 5 km away. This is also the closest shopping area with a small supermarket, a bar, a bank and post office. The closest village is Albinia at 10 km distance. In the immediate vicinity there is an excellent restaurant. Many more are to be found at not more than a 15 to 20 minute drive. A nine hole golf is at 20 km. Service (household help and cook) are available on request.

Beyond the borders of this estate you will discover an area rich in cultural landmarks, a beautiful countryside, good food and excellent wine, combining the charm of the Tuscan way of life with the joys of an unspoilt coast.
