This beautiful 2 bedroom condo, is bright, airy and built for a great vacation getaway. Newly remodeled including granite countertops in kitchen, bathrooms, and hallway, new bedroom furniture, new living room furniture. Hot Tub and Sauna (year round) and pool (summer) are a few steps from the front door. Free public transportation is also steps from the complex, and provides free service to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Ski Resorts. We also own the condo next door (VRBO 174873, which sleeps 4-6 people) so if you are planning a small family getaway, or want to take a couple families and be together but have your own "space", this really is the perfect getaway. Rates are $200 per night for 1 to 7 nights, plus a $80 cleaning fee. 7 or more nights is $175 per night, and there is no charge for the cleaning fee. All rates also carry a 3% occupancy tax.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In the summer, the pool, hot tub and sauna are a few steps from our front door. We also love biking on the many trails throughout Sun Valley. We have great tennis courts and golf within walking distance. We love hanging out on the deck and using the bar-b-cue to make a great evening of entertainment with good friends. In the winter, we love skiing, sledding, and enjoying hot chocolate in front of the fire place.

We live in Salt Lake City, Utah and love Sun Valley. We have owned the condo next door (vrbo.com/174873) for 5 years, and just purchased this condo for our growing family. We love all the seasons and activities, from skiing to mountain biking, hiking, and swimming. It is the perfect place to get away and truly relax.
