This cozy two bedroom, two bath apartment in the Jefferson Luxury Apartments building, sleeps up to six guests.
From the living room balcony, you can enjoy sparkling night time views of Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills. Light maple wood style floors, contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances make this apartment a comfortable place to relax throughout your stay. The living area has an L shaped queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen television, ceiling fan, central heat and air, and a wood dining table for six. The kitchen has maple wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a spacious kitchen island with bar stools, and all customary appliances, including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave and countertop appliances.
Down the hallway is a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer and stocked linen cabinets. The master bedroom and bath is en suite, with a king size bed, walk in closet and built in linen cabinets. The master bath sports a double sink vanity and deep oval tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a large wood sliding door closet. Both bedrooms face the Hollywood Hills and have new plush carpeting.
The third floor of the Jefferson hosts the community club facilities. The outdoor deck has a lap pool, jacuzzi, stainless steel barbeque grill, chaise lounges and dining tables. Inside clubs rooms have plush club furnishings, flat screen televisions, cyber cafe and gym facilities with top of the line equipment.
The Jefferson has security gated lobby and entryways. Two parking spaces in the underground secured parking lot are provided. Small pets considered for an additional fee.

Sometimes risks are worth it....
I must say that I was very sceptical about hiring this apartment as I have never been to the states before, let alone Los Angeles and I wasn't very sure of the neighbourhood - based on movies I have watched in the past. but I have to say I am very glad I took the risk. Myself and two friends decided to go to the All Star Weekend at the Staples Centre, but was experiencing a lot of snags with regards to accommodation. So we searched around for apartments in the area and came across this one. And I have to say that this was an absolute stroke of luck. It was approximately a 10 mins walk from the stadium, which saved us some money cabs and spent on clothes shopping in Macy's, which was approximately 15 mins from the apartment. Ari and Erin were extremely helpful and was available 24/7 - which of course is a plus for us being away in a foreign land, also the neighbours were great as well, as there were many parties going on in the building, due to the weekend festivities and I am sure we attended nearly all of them and didn't have far to stumble back to our apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family, friends and any work colleagues, thinking of travelling to Los Angeles. My husband,son & I had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay at this apartment. Ari provided us with excellent customer service providing us with an abundance of information on eateries, attractions etc on our arrival. We relied on public transport to get around LA and surrounds. We took the Metro line at 7th street, only 2 blocks away from apartment, to go to Universal Studios and Hollywood. We caught the Surfliner from Union Station to San Diego~only $60 each return. It is a very scenic train ride along the coast line to San Diego & the San Diego Zoo is well worth visiting. The no.33 bus from 7th & Olive St took us to Venice Beach~only $1.25....we found public transport in LA really cheap and the best way for us to get around. We'd recommend the chinese restaurant Wokcana for take-away located short distance from apartment. I also found the laundry facilities in the apartment great with plenty of detergent provided for our 7 day stay. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting downtown LA! David Kim & Joel

Location and amenities all as promised and we found it in very clean and in superb condition. Very stylish apartment, we received really friendly and efficient customer service from the owner's side. The location is close, even on walking distance from downtown and we found all we needed or looked for, it is central to all city attractions, musea, galleries, near the airport, all highways and public transport. Privacy and safe, the spacious and cozy apartment was a first class experience to us. If you don't mind some "city"-buzz, the balcony is also a great extra. We ould be happy to recommend this apartment to friends or relatives and will be back ourselves! Geneviève & Bart
