  We just returned from a 5 night stay at this beautiful home. The home is very well appointed and very spacious. We loved having Chef Martin come in and enjoyed both the appetizers and the dinner he made for us. We originally thought we would have him come on the last night but were very glad we changed it to a few days before we left. We were able to enjoy all the leftovers for a few days. He and his assistant were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. All the bedrooms are very spacious and private. The linens were very nice also. We were very impressed with the cleaning service who did a very detailed job every other day. We were a little worried that the pools may be a little small for 6 adults but they were perfect. We even brought a few rafts to lay out on and never felt cramped. We enjoyed the theater room on a couple of occasions. We did have an issue with sound but the property manager took care of the problem right away. If there was one complaint and this is being extremely picky, is that it would have been nice if the master bedroom and a couple of others had flat screened TV's. The indoor /outdoor living really makes for wonderful entertaining. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would stay at this property again.

  As a VRBO manager of three properties myself, I know how important reviews can be and I don't want to mess up their 5 star rating by giving it a 4. Therefore, I will give our vacation a 5 but with some caveats. The house is very pretty and in a nice location overlooking the Pacific ocean. The bedrooms are nice sizes which worked well for all five couples. The theater was fun but please remember to bring your own DVD's if you want to watch something specific. Unfortunately, the sound wasn't working properly so it wasn't very clear inside but everyone dealt with it. When we arrived at 6:30, there were two couples that came in after 3 and 4 but the cleaning service was still there when we arrived. That bugged me since I make sure that my houses are ready when my guests arrive. I can see one hour overlap but 3.5 was a bit excessive. I was a little unhappy with the 10 tiny beers that were marketed as a "Welcome" drink upon arrival but I have to say that Jennifer took care of that problem by offering a solution and I appreciate that. The manager on-site was not very helpful, especially since he told us it was his first day but he was very pleasant. The key to this vacation, by far, was not Jennifer or the manager on site. The best part of this entire trip was Chef Martin. I have to say I was getting disappointed since I expect the house to be run like I run mine but Chef Martin erased all the negative talking points. He and his staff were so pleasant to work with and we enjoyed every meal. He was accommodating to our requests and one night, we even sent he and his staff home after they prepared the meat and we just grilled it ourselves. We had more fun doing it that way and he was fine with it. My recommendation would be to order breakfast around 9 and dinners since the breakfasts were so filling. We made sure the staff wasn't left with a mess in the morning and they appreciated that. All and all, we had a great time and I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Pedregal.

  Our stay at Villa Vista Pacifica was better than advertised! A well appointed home with many extras, amazing views of the Pacific, breathtaking sunsets, gourmet kitchen, wonderful staff and finally you melt into cool lux bedding at the end of your day. Most important feature for us was that the Pedregal location and the Villa is very safe and secure. We traveled with teenagers and they loved the two pools and having their own floor of the Villa. The pictures of the children's room don't do it justice as the murals are just stunning. The Villa is just a short walk to downtown Cabo and the Marina greets you at the front gate of Pedregal. You will not be disappointed by the Villa and all it's amenities. We plan on returning next year!

  To describe this house as paradise is an understatement. This house exceeded my expectations BY a million!!!! I stayed with 12 friends and it was absolute perfection, the pictures on the website do not do the house justice. The views, the space, the openness, the two pools are all spectacular! DEFINITELY use chef Martin that the leasing company recommends, his food beats any restaurant in Cabo. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had, mainly because of the beauty of this home. It is about a 3 minute cab ride into town and down to the beach. Again, perfection doesn't quite cut it!

  My family of 10 spent just over a week at Christmas time at the villa which had ocean views from almost all rooms. The villa was beautiful and beautifully decorated. By day, we enjoyed the ocean views and the two pools on two different levels. By night we enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the clear, star-filled sky. The villa was very clean, and was kept clean throughout our visit, by the unobtrusive cleaning personnel who came in every other day. And Chef Martin did his magic with the fish some of our group caught. We had him cook for us three times during our stay, and each meal was perfect. We enjoyed the whale watching cruise and deep sea fishing. On our last night in Cabo, we had dinner at La Golendrena, a short cab ride away. It was wonderful: ambiance, food, service, strolling musicians....couldn't ask for more. We would definitely consider a stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

  I felt like a pampered princess! Everything about this place was perfect. Best of all, my entire family was so comfortable here, that we spent most of our vacation time lounging around the pools, cooking in the kitchen and watching movies in the theater. We were able to have quality family time at Villa VIsta Pacifica.

  The property is beautiful! It was great we each had rooms with bathrooms & ocean views. The bedding and comfort of the beds were to die for. We were greeted by the chief with cold beverages & appetizers. There were so much food we ate on it for 3 days. It was great all sitting down for dinner & having a movie night together.

  Our stay in Cabo was amazing at this one of a kind retreat, located in the gated community of Pedregal. From the amazing views, house cleaners & personal chef, this house has it all. It was like staying in a first class resort. The house was in amazing shape! The 12 person theater and the 2 story pool over looking the ocean were enjoyed at every moment. The house was also well located right next to the downtown are once your exit the gates and the home was very private. Besides the endless views the best experience, which was a plesent surprise, was your personal chef recommendation. He was amazing to work with and cooked us some great meals. It was a true vacation! We plan to stay at your home again and we are already planning our next trip. Thank you again for your accomidations.

  I was constantly torn between between the relaxing elegance of the pools and the patios and the exciting adventures just minutes away. I was with traveling companions who are exceptional cooks and the kitchen was well equipped and provided some amazing stay at home fare. This gated community is surprisingly close to downtown and the beaches of the Sea of Cortez. Do not miss the Pacific Ocean.....it is breathtaking.
