This Beautifully decorated with Many new UPGRADES is a 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath First Floor Condo. The Mariner is Located just across the street from the private Residents Beach of Marco Island. Our condo with the open floor plan and also has an over-sized Lanai which is private yet just steps to the pool. The over-sized lanai has tables and chairs which make it easy to enjoy your drinks and snacks while enjoying the cool breezes from the Gulf. There are 2 pools that are available in the Mariner.
The Newly Furnished Master Bedroom has a queen size Bed (New Sealy Back Saver Mattress) with its own private Bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room and the dining area all have updated furniture to make your stay comfortable.
The Kitchen is equipped with all new cooking ware, utensils, blender, toaster oven, etc. along with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker. Private Washer and Dryer are also found in this unit.
This Unit also features updated ceiling fans in all rooms and Central Air Conditioning.
For your entertainment- Cable TV with with 2 DVD players and a VCR are included. There are 2 TVs (one a flat screen. Of course, music and video library as well as board games, books are provided to keep you entertained. Linens, Beach Chairs and Towels are also included.
The First Floor Unit also boasts of its close Parking Space so its not such a chore to carry groceries in.
