  There were more beds than we were expecting. And the outdoor space and toys were amazing. The trampoline was a bonus. The pool was pretty green and the pool guy said it is always like that, although the photos show it as nice and blue. The house should be in a better state of repair and cleaner. But you can't beat the outdoor space. The guest house set up is a little funky; you have to go outside or through someone's room to get to a bathroom. It took us a couple of days before we found the control panel for the AC in the guest house. Wish the cleaning crew would have had it on for us when we got there. The light switches and cabinets should be labeled. The window coverings are very light and don't keep out any light, so bring eye masks and ear plugs for a better night sleep. The outside space is really, really great - can't beat it. And the private, beach and tennis courts are easy to walk to or drive down to for the old folks. The huge fire pit on the side patio is really beautiful and so nice to sit around at night. Loved the trees on the property - huge!

  3/9/12 What a great weekend! My husband Bill & I had a lot of fun with our family, we all don't get together to often,but we sure had alot of good laughs and talking of the days of past. The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was an added plus. Thank you for sharing your great home.

  We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your hide out with my family. We will certainly book again. The time went by so quick! Hopefully, Next year we can book more days. The walk to the beach was beautiful. The house easily accommodated the 17 people in my party and would have no problem handling 22 people. Everything is well kept and exactly as described on the VRBO site. We are very happy.

  My husband surprised me and rented this house for my 30th birthday with all my friends and family! We had an AMAZING time. We had 18 adults and 7 kids and never felt cramped. The house is so Clean and Comfortable. We felt right at home! We spent all of our time around or in the pool with the kids! We were laughing because the kids were floating in the pool watching their Sunday cartoons. It was so cute. So thank you to the owners for making it so comfortable and easy to rent!

  We rented the Hideout for a weekend family reunion in the fall. It is a beautiful home, very spacious, decorated lovely, lots of conveninces, and has a very nice indoor pool. It is close to the town of South Haven where there are lots of cute little shops. The owners/manager was very accomadating and went out of her way to make sure our stay was a good one. You will feel right at home here and there is plenty of room and entertaining space.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We had a reunion of brothers and sisters totally 15 people and the house was a perfect setting for us. Plenty of bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, actually 2 kitchens, made everything work smoothly. The pool was terrific and the outdoor seating area with lots of chairs and huge tables worked great for our group. We enjoyed walking to the beach each day and went to Saugatuck and South Haven as well, it's the perfect location. We all had a great time and we highly recommend it.
