Our condo is a beautifully decorated, non-smoking, poolside, Gulf-front unit. Enter the pool area through a private gate from your patio. This ground floor, poolside unit is convenient for small children or Senior Citizens with no elevators or steps to climb. The hot tub, exercise room, and ocean are only steps away!! Relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views and pool activities from your shaded, private patio. A covered parking space and beach set up of 2 chairs and umbrella are included.
This large family oriented condo has a king, queen, 2 twins and a sofa sleeper to accomadate a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare a great meal. If you choose not to cook on your hoilday, many fine restaurants are located within 5 to statisfy all appetites! Publix is located over the Brooks Bridge and Destin is only 6 miles east of Okaloosa Island.

This is the perfect condo for a single or multiple family vacation. The bedrooms and common rooms are perfect for everyone.The condo is nicely decorated and well kept. We never felt over-crowded with 10 of us. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Washer and dryer a great addition. We have stayed twice now (last year just us, this year brought another family) and reserved for next year. Pool, hot tub and beach are perfect! Love the ground floor with the kids. Richard has extras in the condo for those traveling with small children so ask what he has so you don't have to pack it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great location, spacious, clean, only feet from the private patio to the pool, just a perfect family vacation! Thank you Richard.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Rates include weekly rent, Florida Tax 11%, Cleaning and Beach service Warm Spring 3/16 - 05/25 1,600.00 week Peak Summer 5/25- 8/10 2,300.00 week Late Summer 8/10 - 9/07 1,500.00 week Serene Fall 9/07 - 10/26 1,200.00 week Rates are subject to change. Deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve.
