I have spoken with the property manager, Patti, and informed her of some serious issues with this unit that should be delt with by the owner before renting to anyone else. Before renting you should contact her to be sure the home has been treated before sleeping there.Owner response: This lady 's daughter had a problem with desert bugs. We explained that the bugs are just attempting to get in out the heat and were looking for a cool area with an easy source of water. They didn't complain until they left the rental at the end of their stay. We had the pest control people come in and treat the home. People should understand that bugs are normal for the desert and in the event you see a dead bug , upside down next to the wall, the pest control is working. Just pick it up with a piece of paper towl and toss it into the trash.
