Our Beach Home is a well a maintained, comfortable, wonderfully equipped and appointed Vacation Retreat, located in one of the Southeast's most Family accommodating Villages, Kure Beach. It is a three story home with a double car garage, Children's Room (2 single beds and full bath) which includes a computer, games, TV, VCR, CD, DVD player, Ping Pong Table, and lots of games, VCR's, CD's, and children's books, on the first floor.
The second floor is a large open area which includes; a 52 inch Plasma TV, Stereo System, lots of books, a Reading Room, Gourmet Kitchen, Dining areas (2) (Main dining table seats 8 and a bar table seating 4), Also a large King Master bedroom with a full bath. This bedroom is great for those who don't like to climb stairs it's accessible to the main living area, front ocean deck to the ocean and back deck toward Fort Fisher Blvd.
The third floor has three bedrooms; A Queen bedroom with 1 Queen bed connecting to a jack and jill bathroom with another Queen bedroom with two Queen beds. A King Master with full bathroom facing oceanside. All bedrooms on the third floor have their own TV and DVD player large walk in closets, chests with drawers.
The house has a full wrap around deck; covered on the front and back sides; with lots of rocking chairs. You can sit in the shade or sun.

Why the Owner Chose Kure Beach
Kure Beach is wonderfully relaxing. It's almost hard to leave the house once you've arrived. We have a informational binder kept in the kitchen. It has updated tide tables, local events, local resturants, shops, ferry schedule, Aquarium events and many other secrets you may never find during your visit! Ask us about turtle nesting season or when the Deer run on the beach at night.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Location; Our home is far enough away from either towns (Carolina Beach or Kure main street) yet, close enough for a nice walk or bike ride to lunch or dinner.
Owner's Map of Kure Beach
We love the ocean water and the temperate weather at Kure beach. Our family especially enjoys the Early Fall, Winter and Spring seasons. Both of our children Chaney and Will bring friends from college UNC-CH (go tarheels!) to enjoy respite introducing them to the Kure Beach lifestyle. Don't forget to take the ferry from Fort Fisher over to Southport for an excursion to Historic Southport, NC. The ferry is approximately 3 miles from our house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the ocean! The house was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs with little ones, parents, and grandparents. The Adams have equipped the house so that it truly feels like a home away from home. The outside shower was a favorite for everyone, something we don't get where we live! The view from the porch with the rocking chairs was always in use. It was a wonderful week! Thanks to the Adams for sharing their gem.

Beautiful beach front home! The Adams keep their home spotless and well maintained. The photos of the house are a true reflection of the property. The only thing left out of their photo gallery was the wonderful main level front porch. The Adams share many beach accessories and are enjoyable to work with. The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. From young adults to octogenarians, everyone had a favorite spot. The wrap around porch was always in use. We love Kure Beach and definitely plan to return next year.

Beautiful house with spectacular views and just steps to the beach. Well-equipped and perfect for families. Great decor and very well-maintained. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs -- such a rare find with such a nice house.

My family just spent Thanksgiving week at this home and we all had a wonderful time! The home is just perfect - very clean, well laid out and well stocked with a lot of the little things (spices and whatnot). The beach was beautiful and the town is charming. We thoroughly enjoyed the aquarium and a ferry ride over to Southport, both of which are easy to do. I have rented countless times through VRBO and I have never had such a pleasant experience. The owner couldn't have been more helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we entered the home, we felt a sense of ease and wonder. The house was tastefully decorated with a well appointed kitchen. The property was clean and well maintained. Mr. Adams was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns. We enjoyed taking the Ferry to Southport and explored the island by bicycles provided by Mr. Adams. The ride on the horse drawn carriage in Wilmington, though short, was much fun. The self-guided tour of the North Carolina battleship was an unforgettable experience. But, most of all, the view, and the sound of the ocean steps away from this lovely home left in us a burning desire to return again soon....
