Our 2 bedroom condo is on the 10th floor of Phoenix II and faces the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll love watching and listening to the ocean! We often see dolphin and pelicans.
The kitchen is fully furnished and the building has lots of amenities including a heated pool, a kiddie pool, game room, racquetball courts, tennis courts, meeting facilities, hot tubs, and fitness center. Rackets, balls, and other supplies are provided. A boardwalk provides access to the Gulf's beautiful white sand beaches, and a shower lets you rinse off before going back to the unit. We have new furniture, new paint and new decorations. Our wood blinds on the patio doors glide easily when opening and closing.
This gated complex is one of the best maintained properties in the area! It is located just 4 miles from downtown Gulf Shores, and just a few miles from Florida. Visit the Tanger Mall, Curves, and the Flora Bama. Grocery stores, shopping, dining, and entertainment are also close by.

We're Stan and Judy Vetovitz. We live just outside Louisville, KY (with bluegrass, the Kentucky Derby and KFC HQ. We hope you'll love our condo as much as we do. Please tell us about your visit, although we can't be there to give you keys and let you into our unit, the folks at our management company are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and can be reached 24/7.
Why the Owner Chose Phoenix 2
We decided to buy in Orange Beach because it was only a 10 hr drive from Kentucky, the Phoenix complex had lots of amenities and Gulf Shores offered restaurants, and entertainment with less crowds than in Destin and other areas.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Stan loves the sunrise and exercising on the beach. My favorite activity is reading on the balcony while watching the sunset.
