With an unbelievable 8 bedrooms and 5 baths, you can configure your gang just about any way and everyone will be happy! There are three distinct living levels, so your large group can still manage to find some privacy when needed. The home’s views are west facing, so everyone will enjoy the daily sunsets that embrace Wolf Mountain, the North Ogden Divide and austere Ben Lomond peak.
There are two King Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms and four Queen bedrooms
On the main level are the Great Room with kitchen, dining and living room with gas burning fireplace, the large private deck, a King Master Suite and a queen with shared bath. The attached two car garage opens right up in to the laundry area. Upstairs, there are two additional queen bedrooms, a shared bath and a family room with flat screen TV and comfortable, overstuffed seating. The home offers WiFi throughout.
The lower level is geared towards fun, with a billiards table, oversized beanbag chairs flanking the flat screen TV and a game table. Outside, there’s a private patio with an in-ground hot tub from which to enjoy the sparkling night lights of Wolf Mountain. Open space provides privacy.
Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain – both Snowbasin and Wolf Mountain are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong and club room for private functions. There’s also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.

This home was perfect for our family retreat. Great views of Ogden Valley and the mountains. Plenty of space for adults and kids to have fun. Clean and comfortable. I'm recommending it to my friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Our stay could not have worked out any better for us! The house was great, especially coming home to the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The convenience of being able to not only purchase discounted lift tickets through Utah Lodging, but having them delivered to our house was an unexpected and appreciated bonus! We loved the location in relation to the two ski resorts, the 3 levels of living and sleeping, the gas fire place and the helpful & friendly staff (at Utah Lodging) are just a few of the many things we enjoyed during our ski week in Utah. The description of the house was helpful and accurate. The house was well maintained, the staff delivered a replacement small appliance quickly upon request and were very helpful in making recommendations before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Thanks so much for a fabulous week!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This property was as nice as it was described. We had 3 families staying here over the holidays and we had an awesome time. The home was beautiful and very convenient to Powder Mountain. (We usually stay up on the mountain, and this was the first time we haven't, but the accomodations were worth the drive to ski.) It was equipped with everything we needed. If we had any problems, it was quickly taken care of. Excellent vacation home and would highly recommend it to any large family or small group.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This home is everything the pictures show and more. We stayed for an extended family reunion and were so pleased with the accomodations. The home is spacious and so tastfully decorated. About: Leigh Ann Fincher is both Principal Broker and visionary for PPR. With over 8 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology.
