Our luxury townhouse has 2800 square feet that is decorated with a tasteful mountain flair. We are located within walking distance to The River Run Village and gondola lift. Close, but far enough from the noisy village center. This spacious townhouse is unique with beautiful views in every window, a great room that includes a magnificent ceiling to floor river rock fireplace and warm leather furniture. Two private decks look out at the ski slopes of Keystone Mountain in the front and the National forest of Tenderfoot Mountain in the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and looks out of Tenderfoot Mountain. The large dining area allows for a beautiful entertainment evening. The spacious bedrooms accommodate 8 with a king, 2 queens, 2 extra long twins with 2 comfortable cots for 2 extra children or teenagers to allow 10. The downstairs level is wonderful after a day of vigorous day of winter sports with a hot tub, sauna, and steam shower and is yours to enjoy. The private drive opens up to a large two car heated garage with room to store skis, snowboards, boots etc. and allows two cars inside and 4 cars outside the garage.
Our mountain home is truly a great value in the Keystone area and is filled with all your needs. The Clubhouse is beautifully done with sitting area, pool table, hockey game upstairs and a hot tub, pristine pool, weights, bike, racquetball, ping pong and showers downstairs to complete a fantastic area for you to enjoy free of charge.

About the owner: Joe and I are from central New Jersey where we bought up our family. We love the outdoors which has bought us to the majestic mountains of Colorado and the beautiful beaches in Florida We now live here in Keystone and Florida. The first time Joe and I visited the Colorado mountains was in the year 2000. We instantly fell in love with the awesome, raw beauty of the Keystone area and were intrigued with the abundance of outdoor activities which helped us to make a decision actually live here in Keystone. Keystone and the surrounding areas are definite playgrounds of seasonal delights. We have enjoyed or new life style so very much and know that you will also fill your vacation dreams right here in Keystone.
Why the Owner Chose Enclave:
We did extensive research in all the surrounding areas and found Keystone to be the best for our needs. Living directly across from Keystone Mountain was of great benefit. We can walk to the mountain or drive (2 Min.) and be skiing, mountain climbing or biking on one of the many trails at the drop of a hat! We can diversify and drive within a short time, to Dillon. Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, and Beaver Creek. The festive nature of the areas are wonderful with unique restaurants, shops, outlets and of course, activities. The Silverthorne Rec Center has it all for young and older patrons with an awesome pools and slides for all ages.
