This is a three bedroom, three bath, upper unit that overlooks the Clubhouse pools. This makes it just a short walk to the clubhouse with the fitness center, hammock garden, clubhouse restaurant, kids pool, adult pool with Cabanas, and the large clubhouse lap pool with its own spa!
It is designer decorated with large, comfortable beds. There are Three Fireplaces through out the unit as well as Three Balconies for your evening relaxation.
Our service also allows for you to send our rental company of list of your groceries and they will buy it and stock it into your kitchen at a min. charge. They buy the groceries at market prices so the prices are close to the prices that you would pay if you went shopping, yourself.
Our rental company even meets you at the front gate, no matter what time you arrive and takes you directly to your vacation home. Everything is explained and you receive the private cell phone number of the Manager in case you have some sort of problems. Once you have visited our home, you will not want to stay anywhere else.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
Our owners bought this home as an investment. Unfortunately, the market has wiped out a good part of the investment but we have made up for that by doing business with Dick and Patti Reynen, our vacation property managers. We continue to enjoy the location of this home as La Quinta has many amenities and events that make visiting, a real pleasure.

We are right next door to the La Quinta Resort and Club which has shopping, three restaurants, a great coffee shop that serves designer coffee and great pastry. There is a World Class Spa at the hotel that is opened to the public. The Main clubhouse at Legacy Villas has just opened its own restaurant which will have its grand opening over Thanksgiving weekend.
