Why the Owner Chose West Palm Beach
We used to vacation here from Canada. We liked the building and the area so much that we bought a condominium and moved down 6 years ago. A couple of years ago we bought a second condo in the building and are now offering it as a seasonal rental.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The location of the building is one of our favorite features. There is a paved sidewalk that goes along the water for many miles and we go for long walks every day. The apartment overlooks the island of Palm Beach and we are right across from Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump's residence. We enjoy his amazing fireworks display every New Year's Eve right from our balcony. We also love watching the sunrises and the sunsets from the balcony. We love the proximity to the beach, the airport, restaurants, museums and shops. The heated swimming pool is a plus, especially on cooler days. The building is well maintained, quiet, and the residents are very friendly. The apartments are very spacious compared to other apartments in the area.
