When you pull into Deer Park and get lost in the beautiful grounds, you forget how close you are to downtown Lincoln, North Woodstock, North Conway and Tilton. Come stay in the heart of the White Mountains!!!
I have opened the doors to my CLEAN, NEWLY REDECORATED.. 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo. This is a FIRST FLOOR END UNIT CONDO WITH YOUR OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE. You also have a lockable storage closet and firewood right outside the door.
Enter in to the mud room were you can leave your boots, shoes and coats. There is a large closet for your use also. Now enter into your home away from home. Everything is on one floor for you. There is also a floor plan shown below.
There is a fully eqquiped kitchen, dinning area that seats up to 8 people, and a breakfast bar. The living room has New large sofa, 27 in.COLOR TV with VCR and DVD, fireplace and sliders out to the deck where you can sit and watch the river flow by. There are 3 bedrooms all with NEW mattresses one with a Queen size bed and another with 2 sets of twin bunks. They share a bathroom and both bedrooms have windows to the great out doors.
Let's not forget the Master bedroom--Large bedroom with NEW Queen size mattress,double closets and a private bath. Wake up in the morning and look out at the woods and river. There is a TV in this room for your convenience.
*If you are looking for a winter rental there is Rannia heat for energy and cost savings.The FREE SHUTTLE TO LOON STOPS ACROSS FROM THE CONDO.
*If you are looking for a comfortable, clean place for you,your family or friends, this is the place...Lincoln and North Woodstock are right outside the entrance of the Resort. You feel like you are in your own world. Dates for the rest of the season are flexible...stay for a weekend,week or a month.

Thanks, and thanks for the use of your condo. As usual at Deer Park we had a great time. We stay at Deer Park 3-5 times a year and rotate based on what's available and price between 4-5 different units. I must say that yours was the cleanest and most up to date of them all. I would like to hold on to your name/# for future trips.

Hi Janine, Thank you so much for the use of your condo last week. We all had a great time hiking, swimming and shopping, etc. The condo was very comfortable and just the right size. We had family from North Carolina, Indiana, Maryland and London, England. I really appreciated the keyless front door lock; this made things a lot easier for everyone to come and go independently. Dana and I take pride in keeping our condo. clean and looking nice. I have children too and hate a dirty place to stay. It's always a chance you take when traveling. So, you don't have to take that chance with us. We try to keep it as though we are coming to stay. Relax and enjoy yourself. Please let us know how you have liked your stay.
