  My husband and I were in Houston for a month to visit our son's family. The condo was as pretty and clean as the pictures shown on VBRO. The little patio out back was much enjoyed during the nice spring weather of April. The internet service for our Macs was secure and speedy. We were close to the Galleria, our favorite - Memorial City Mall, Memorial Park, the Heights, Brenner's on the Bayou for happy hour, Fuzzy's Pizza at Antoine and I-10. I just hope it is available the next time we are in Houston because we will definitely want to stay here. We, temporary renters, were graciously welcomed by some of the full time neighbors - especially Cathy, Dave, and Steven.

  We arrived to the condo and were instantly comfy! What a beautifully kept and modernized space! The pictures don't lie! AND the owners....SUPURB to deal with! If we are ever fortunate to come back to the area we hope to be able to stay again at this property! The condo is stocked with everything that you need and it is very localized to all that you would want/need! THANK YOU Yvonne & Wayne for sharing your property with us! :)

  Came from England (UK) and stayed at this Condo between 9th of August to 23rd of August 2012 for my cousin’s wedding. The rooms are interlinked but this is not a problem. The condo is cosy and close to everything we needed (as described it is about 5 mins to the Galleria, 30-35 mins to Katy Mills and several outlet’s. Only problem was access to the internet on the first 2 days and this was dealt with quickly (guess the problem was my MAC connection). If need be I will stay here again. Price is reasonable and better than wasting money on those overpriced hotels in town. Wal-Mart is about 2 minutes while Kroger is about 2-3 minutes away.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  The Fairley's condo worked well for our purposes. Our business takes us to many different cities and, as a consequence, we see many different sorts of accommodations. This condo was among the most comfortable I've experienced. The condo is well kept and well appointed and very welcoming at the end of each long day. The owners are clearly interested in pleasing their guests and making their stay as comfortable as possible.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

  We had just enough room at this condo with 3 adults and 2 small children. This condo is conveniently located next to the Memorial neighborhood in Houston, Memorial Park, and just north of the Galleria area with easy access to I-10 & 610. This is the perfect rental to serve as a drop-in location for your visit to Houston with plenty of dishes, fresh towels, comfortable beds, and DirectTV programming. The only thing we missed was not having a bathtub with two 2 yr olds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

  Came to Houston on business but also to visit our son and daughter-in-law who teach at the College of the Mainland. We often stay in condos and homes rather than hotels when we travel. This has been one of the best! The location, attractiveness, and "extras" made this accommodation memorable. The experience of being "iced in" during the cold snap of 2/3/11 could have been horrible. As it was, being in this snug little condo, it was really fun in an odd way. Snow for we Floridians would have been even better but DirecTV, with all the selection, and snacks as well, made the day a positive part of our trip. We don't know who decorated this little jewel, but it was perfect! I imagine being so close to Ikea was a plus in this result, I am sure! We love Ikea!   My family and I had a wedding in Houston and we thorougly enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo. The owners paid attention to every detail and made our trip very pleasant. We highly recommend this unit.

  Our stay at this condo was more than pleasant. It is fully outfitted, clean and immaculately maintained. Tasteful and creative decorations add delightful touches to the ambiance. We were continually surprised and delighted with the details that made staying here so home-like and welcoming. Its location is convenient to all travel directions in Houston. The owners were supportive during the rental process and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended! - but please do not book it during the weeks we want to come back ;)

  "We loved staying at the Fairley Condo in Memorial Woods. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood. From the linens to the beds, the furnishings, flat screen TV and the granite counters were so nice we felt right at home. The owner was available when we had questions and very accommodating to our needs. If I could rate this condo on a scale of 1-10, it would be an 11!!!!   Three busy businesswomen shared this condo to have space to spread out and avoid the downtown hotel scene--it vastly exceeded our expectations in every way! Everything described in the owner's comments is accurate—lovely, quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood, newly (and quite luxuriously) remodeled and spacious first-floor condo, well-equipped in every way, and very ‘cozy’ and comfortable. It was a great pleasure on some evenings during our busy week to just come “home” and have soup and salad instead of going to another restaurant! This condo is a perfect cross between a luxury downtown suite and ‘home sweet home’…”wonderful” is the operative word!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
