We set out to create a one-of-a-kind home and succeeded. The architecture is modern, yet warm, industrial, yet slightly Asian. It has many influences that are Pacific Northwest but it is worldly in its style. The home is spacious, nearly 3000 square feet and there is plenty of space to be together or have quiet to yourself. Two of the three bathrooms are very large, one with slate shower and jetted tub and a view of the bay. It is wired for music and Wi-Fi.
Not only is this home an amazing place to relax or entertain, but it has two full office spaces and is fantastic for working while you are here. It is set with cabinets, desks, great lighting and tons of space. The offices are located downstairs near the huge TV room but separate so you can have privacy and concentrate. It is close to shopping and downtown Seattle, and Bellevue. It's close to the airport. And it's close to hiking and biking, skiing and swimming. It is pretty perfect!
Our home has a living room, dining room and a huge kickback TV room downstairs, with flat screen, couches, video game systems, and plenty of books to read.

$200/night (3 night min). $1300/week. $4600/month: Oct-April
$290/night (3 night min). $2000/week. $6200/month: May - Sept.
Cleaning fee $150 per 3 day or one week stay. Monthly rental, inquire.
Damage deposit $500 (refundable). 9.75% sales tax.
Half rental amt required to reserve dates. Balance due min 72 hours prior
to arrival. Credit cards accepted via paypal. Wire transfers also ok.

We are a family of three with two adorable dogs. We have put our heart and soul into this lovely home, making it warm, comfortable, modern and stylish, yet with amazing character. We love using different materials and you will find something interesting to look at everywhere your eyes gaze. The house was remodeled in 2001 with a truly evergreen style, and the kitchen, living, dining and deck area is built for entertainment in a wonderful environment. The cement counter tops are fun, the maple ply walls unique, and the views of Puget Sound are outstanding. We love to provide people lifetime experiences and with a cold bottle of Grey Goose awaiting your arrival, your good times can begin. Seattle is a great city. We live just minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes to Bellevue by car We are near the ferry terminals and the quaint Queen Anne neighborhood is perfect for strolling, munching and hanging out. The mountains are just 40 minutes away, which makes this the perfect sea to ski place to be!
