  Bliss... Resort has a Beautiful beach, #4 on top 10 places to snorkel... Pools with a bar at the beach! Great gym and shower facilities. Excellent staff. Stunning view! Unit has top line appliances, comfy beds, plenty of room for 6, air conditioning :) large deck... Our two teenagers each brought a friend on our trip (all girls) and we had a wonderful time. Ko Olina is close enough to drive into the busy city, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Monkey Pod restaurant is great,and within walking distance. Would highly recommend this unit... and have already. Property was pristine, photos are 100% accurate... cant say enough good things about it...

  The villa was as advertised and was very well situated in terms of views of the Ocean. The kids loved to look down over the Koi Ponds from the the lanai. There were no noise from the lap pool as it did not look on to it and really no adjacent neighbors for that matter when hanging out on the lanai. Chris and Shantal at the front desk were very helpful when checking in and dealing with some minor issues that came up that was taken care of quickly. The grounds were very well taken care of; the staff was very dilligent and very friendly; the kids loved feeding the Koi every morning we were there. There was some work being done at the lagoon pool related to repairing the hot tubs but it was sufficiently far off enough that we would only notice it when heading out to the beach and did not detract from our enjoyment of the great view. Unfortunately the lagoon pool and kiddie pool were out of commission while we were there but Susie was great about letting us know as soon as she knew so we were able to prepare the kids before we got there. We were able to "market" using the lap pool as something special since its usually off limits to kids under 12. We walked up and down the pathway connecting the resort to the Marriott Beach Club to the south and then north up to the Disney and Marriott Resort, which was very pleasant. Dinner at the Monkeypod was good for the entire family and a more romantic dinner at Roys was greatly enjoyed. Supermarkets and Costco were very closeby so running out for supplies was easy. Overall it is a very nice villa, and Susie was very accessible by email/phone to answer questions and she was very fair and honest. My only recommendation is sharper knives please (this seems to be a recurring theme at rental properties throughout HI). We would stay at this villa again in a heartbeat.

  We recently returned from a 10 day stay in this beautiful condo. Beautiful, everything about it. The furnishings, the views, the location...wonderful. So much to do in and around the area. We were traveling with our 2 teenage sons. We took stand Up Paddle lessons, snorkeled, parasailed, attended a luau and the golf...the Ko Olina course is magnificent. We went to Turtle Bay (golf), Waikiki, Honolulu for sunset dinner cruise and Pearl Harbor. My only regret is we didn't spend more time here at the resort. Mahalo Susie!

  Thank you Susie and your family for making this condo available for rental. We stayed at this unit for 10 days and it was magical. The view of the koi pond and ocean was beautiful. Maintenance of the unit was meticulous. Anything you could possibly need for cooking you could find it in the kitchen. This unit offered so much privacy as there were no neighbors above or next to it. We spent nights having a glass of wine, sitting on the lanai and just listening to the waterfall/ocean. This unit is perfect for families looking for fun in paradise but also some privacy. Already want to go back!

  We have stayed in a half dozen units at the beach villas over the past 3 years and this unit was by far the best. The view is gorgeous, then kitchen well stocked and all the extra goodies were there for our use. I would have liked to have an extra set of keys for the unit, but we managed.

  We had a delightful, very relaxing vacation and so enjoyed our stay at this luxurious and very comfortable villa. We had ample room for our family of 5. This property had just what we were looking for...ocean view, beautiful, clean, gourmet kitchen, spacious lanai, spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. Ko Olina is a lovely area and this property very well maintained. Great stay! Awesome! Highly recommend!

  We stayed for a week at this beautiful and luxurious penthouse. It was everything described and more. Our check-in was quick and easy. The person who checked us in was very helpful. The view from the multiple balconies was spectacular. The balconies had a nice view of the ocean and also overlooked the beautiful grounds. The interior was elegantly and beautifully decorated. The oversized bathtub in the master suite was a perfect end to each day. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Our biggest regret was being so busy with various activities that we didn't have as much time as we hoped to enjoy relaxing in the penthouse. The cove was perfect. It wasn't crowded and was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. While snorkeling in the cove, we had multiple encounters with sea turtles. We had the good fortune of being in the penthouse for a spectacular New Year's fireworks show. All four coves at Ko Olina had incredible, syncronized fireworks. We sat on the balcony and watched them. It was like having a front row seat. We look forward to returning soon. We highly recommend this beautiful penthouse. Thank you Susan for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

  This Property is amazing! We had a fantastic week long stay in this villa. We were travelling with 2 couples and 1 teenager and this villa was perfect. No bumping into each other here, there is plenty of room to cook, dine or just relax. The lanai was spacious & had plenty of comfortable furniture to sit out & enjoy anytime day or evening. We bought groceries a short drive away at costco & Safeway & did all our cooking in the villa. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean private and very nice. The beach & swimming area was beautiful and very quiet if thats the way you like it. The grounds are really beautiful & well manicured. Sitting on the lanai with a glass of wine watching the sunset after a beautiful day - well it doesn't get much better than that. Susie was great to work with as was Gabrielas for check in and out. We had a great time at this villa and would stay here again. Mary

  We just returned from our week long stay at this fabulous Ko Olina Penthouse Villa and I have to say the view was exactly what I was looking for! After waiting for 15 years for this vacation, I wanted to be able to look directly out of the windows and see the ocean from any where within the villa (not some partial side view as you are hanging off the balcony...) We had a spectacular view from not only the main living area of the villa but from the Master and Queen guestrooms as well that had sliding doors that opened onto the lanai. An added benefit was being directly over the beautiful koi ponds with the view and sounds of waterfalls that went with it. The resort is immaculately maintained and the villa was as well. The only downside to the location is that there is apparently some sort of drama going on between the property developers and some individual owners so the fitness facility that had been on site prior to our visit closed, and the beachside bar is not currently up and running, so there are no food or drink amenities on site. However there is a very well stocked little market and a couple of little restaurants just down the road, and other neighboring properties have beach front restaurants and bars. The beaches are not crowded at all as compared to other locations on the island. It remains to see how that changes later in the year when the new neighboring Disney Resort opens. The pools and hot tubs were not crowded and we never had any problems finding poolside tables or chairs. The villa was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Susie was great at answering any questions I had and Gabriela's, her cleaning/check in service was very helpful and responsive through my numerous phone calls when we experienced a travel delay in arriving to the island. I would highly recommend this resort and this particular villa, I myself would love to go back soon!

  Excellent property, very much exceeds expectations. And did I mention the views? The best of the best, as you have a sunset view from your private balcony, as well as the palm trees, breezes, and empty beaches we all enjoy. The property is the best on the beach, and the owners were easy to work with. Access and checkout were a breeze. We enjoyed having our family spend ten great days, as we celebrated our son's wedding. Conveniently out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, it is nice to not fight the crowds. The on site ammenities are excellent, with the gym being at the top of our list. The services were also excellent, as we were repeat customers for the massage and spa. If you want the big city lights, go elsewhere. But if you enjoy luxury and true five star accomodations, then this is one of only a few places in Honolulu to find that level of service. We will plan to return.
