Agriturismo Belvedere is situated between Perugia and Orvieto, in the midst of the typical Umbrian landscape among green hills, olive-groves, forests and the fields of a big biological farm. The delightful panoramic position and the uncontaminated environment assure you a relaxing vacation, giving you the guarantee of silence, peacefulness and wonderful long walks.
We are not far away from very important historical art-cities as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto.
Belvedere offers you to stay in a different a big and comfortable independent country house of 200 sqm. The house is provided with all comforts and with antique furniture, Italian country style. It is for 10-15 persons, composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional modern kitchen (with washing-machine), a big living- and dining room with sat TV and fire-place, a terrace, a portico and a huge private garden around the house.
In case you have children, this is un ideal place, because there is only a little private forest street, away from the main road and traffic, children can play around the house, inside and outside of the garden, there are no risks that any car passes by.

Year Purchased: 1992
About the owner: I'm from Milan and didn't want to live in a big city anymore. That's why I bought this property in 1992 and created a biological farm mainly with olive trees and forest. In 1998 I began with my vacation rental.
Why the Owner Chose San Venanzo:
When I decided to leave the big city I saw several properties, but I fell in love with "Belvedere" in Umbria, the "green heart of Italy". I'm sure that I chose I wonderful place, very quiet and with a marvelous view all around.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
It's far away from the stressful traffic, very quiet and peaceful, it's a full immersion in nature. But in less than one hour I can reach many historical places, Umbria has a great culture, both Etruscan and middle age. Around my property there are famous towns like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi...and Tuscany is very close, so Florence, Siena and Arezzo for example are very close and also Rome is only about 150 km from here.
