This huge 2300 sq ft condo is located centrally on the second level of this stylish complex that was formerly Nikki Beach. Positioned in the center of the building it directly overlooks the pristine waters of the resort's private sandy cove ,with views east over adjoining keys.
Entering through the private lobby guests will be immediately impressed by the spaciousness of the suite and its contemporary, stylish furnishings with white being the predominant color of upholstery and bedding. The lounge boasts comfortable seating and flat screen TV, leading out to a spacious covered balcony. The separate dining area features a six place dining set.
For a more informal setting the huge kitchen island offers many possibilities when entertaining or merely taking a quick snack. The kitchen features all the high end appliances you would expect and the convenience of a dishwasher. The Bosch washer and drier are in a separate closet and for added convenience there is a separate powder room.
The suite boasts not one Master suite but three each equipped with a luxury king bed, flat screen TV, roomy walk-in closets and luxury bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms enjoy oceanfront views.
With the convenience of a free rental car you are only five minutes from the restaurants and retail of central Grace Bay and the golf course. To ensure a safe environment there is 24 hour security at the gate. To sum up your vacation home is safe, secluded, stylish, a spacious condo in an exclusive complex.

I was just working on a photo album for my mom of our visit here this past spring break and realised I hadn't written a review of our exceptional stay here at T&C. The unit(s) were extremely well appointed, they were clean, and the views mesmerizing! The 5 of us were very pleased with the amenities, we gazed at phenominal scenery each and every day, Don was most helpful and personable, the spacious van was a necessity to explore the island offerings, and we felt as if we lived on a private beach with a very few close friends. This is an enviable location for anyone who enjoys beach living with shopping, restaurants, water sports, and grocery stores close by.....but not in your space!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers.

The turquise waters of Grace Bay and other TCI beaches took our breath away daily ! The roomy (2800 sq ft) 3 bedroom condo at Leeward Resort was perfect and exactly as described on-line. It had 3 master bedrooms, marble baths and high end applicances in the kitchen. The washer/dryer combo proved to be very convenient as well. The grounds (beach, pool, walks) were well attended too. Donn is the on-site representative and he was very helpful when we had questions or needed assistance with the outdoor grill. A rental car is a must for anyone staying here because the resort is a bit secluded on the northeast end of Provo. We traveled all over the island exploring the public beaches and restaurants. Frequently, we found ourselves on a deserted beach by ourselves ! Our group of 6 adults very much enjoyed "Sharkbite" bar where Simone kept the drinks flowing during a football game. "The Conch Shack" restaurant on the beach was unique with wonderful pitchers of rum punch and delicious food. Bring bug spray, though, if you go after sundown. We enjoyed an outdoor dinner with live entertainment at the Alexander Resort's Mango Reef as well as our final night's dinner at Coco Bistro. We were a little disappointed with "The Tiki Hut" in Turtle Cove... the food and service were average. The folks at Leeward Resort and ProvoBiz were wonderful to work with; they were always quick to answer our emailed questions and to provide assistance with a billing error. We shopped for groceries at IGA and Quality Foods - both offered a good selection of fruits, vegetables and meats & fish. We also snorkeled within 2 feet of amazing fish and learned about the island's pirate history at Osprey Rock. The only negative comment is that 8 days was not long enough ! We WILL be back to explore some of the other islands in this beautiful area.
