Our three Cottages are very charming inside and out(you might think you have arrived at 5 star B&B when approaching the property). The landscape area & neighborhood surrounding the three Cottages matches the Cottages them selves. The San Roque area neighborhood is a very desirable area for locals to purchase Real Estate because of its family oriented life style and sought after school district. Also its proximity to beaches , shopping and Wine Country. We invested here because of all of these reasons.

What a great experience- from working with the owner/assistant to set up our accommodations to checking out, the process was very easy. The rental was very sweet, with all the amenities one needed to have a comfortable stay. The inside was clean and cozy. The outside had beautiful gardens and fruit trees, a spa that my friends loved, and plenty of spots to relax. The location was about 10-15 minutes from downtown SB and was very well protected from neighbors and traffic noise. Overall, a great experience and we will certainly book again!

We had a wonderful time staying here and would love to come back again. The neighborhood was peaceful and having our dog there worked perfectly. We thought we were going to miss being right in the middle of town, but it turned out that we had such easy access to places like the Arroyo Dog Beach and avoided being stuck in rush hour traffic as we decided to drive up the coast. The cottage was very clean and well kept, a perfect getaway for our spring vacation. Thanks!
