We are just a short walk to the clubhouse. Hunter’s Run has 3 championship golf courses, 24 tennis courts, a fabulous newly renovated clubhouse, pool and deck area, 4 restaurants that are noted for great food and great prices. It is less than 30 minutes from the Palm Beach Airport and is a short drive to the beach. The Clubhouse house has a large well-equipped gym, card rooms, and lots of activities. Hunter's Run also has pools and clubhouses throughout the complex.
This home is fully equipped and has a large lanai overlooking the golf course in addition to over 1600 square feet. Master suite is spacious and has a 5 piece bath and two walk-in closets. Second bedroom has two twin beds. All new linens.
NO SHORT TERM RENTALS. We are looking to rent for the entire season. Rent is $12,000 for the first four months, $1500 for additional months. We provide a social membership and there is a surcharge for a tennis or golf membership that the tenant would pay. For instance, there is a $2000 surcharge for a golf membership, which allows for unlimited golf on any of the three courses. We would also consider an offer to purchase this property.

My siblings and I inherited this property when Dad died in 2009. I am a real estate broker in Denver, CO and used to visit Dad at Hunter's Run often. It is a fabulous facility, with everything you want right close by. Dad often ate 3 meals a day at the clubhouse, because the food was that good. The neighborhood pool is great and the main clubhouse is unbelievable. Friendly neighbors. The grounds are just beautiful.
