WELCOME
We would like to welcome you to stay in one of the newest condos in the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. Our condo is just a 3-minute walk to the Zephyr Express Lift. We are adjacent to the New Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice skating pond. Our 5th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountain while also overlooking the Amenities Deck.
KITCHEN
This is one of the few 1BR condos in Founders Pointe that has a FULL KITCHEN, and not a kitchenette. The Fully Furnished Kitchen (should you want to cook) features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed, pillows, and linen. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.
LIVING ROOM
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX 360 with several games included. The XBOX can also be used as a DVD player.
LOCATION & AMENITIES
Founders Pointe is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large 40-person outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key cards are required for entry to the building and garage.
TRANSPORTATION
Intrawest provides free bus transportation to town.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in the beginning of April and absolutely LOVED it. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything necessary to make yourself at home. We ended up cooking quite a few meals and found everything (utensils pots salt etc) right in the cabinets. The location was amazing, too. Right across from the lifts and the restaurants (in case you don't feel like cooking). This was the first time I've used VRBO so I didn't know what to expect (and frankly, I was a bit apprehensive). In the end, my fears were completely unfounded! The owners were amazing and readily available to answer my questions. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay there if we ever make it back to Winter Park.

Not sure I can add anything that hasn't already been said. Our family of 2 adults, a 5 year old, and 2 year old had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very comfortable (as pictured) and we especially liked the Xbox360 to play the kids' DVDs. The full size kitchen was nice as well as nicely equipped. We hit the local Safeway on the first day and stocked up so that we didn't have to eat out. If you have never been to Winter Park before, this condo is in a great location. It's only a two minute walk to the lifts. If you're a family with small kids, there are wagons nearby to help you transport your kids and skis around. Plus the child care and kids ski school are staffed with fantastic people. Every year our kids consistently request to return to the child care (2 y.o.) or ski school (5 y.o.) each day, which kept us from feeling guilty about skiing. The owners are wonderful to work with, very prompt in returning questions via email (we never felt the need to call them). They also are extremely price competitive. It was also great that we were able to use their parking pass, which saves you $15/day. I'd recommend this condo to friends and family in a heartbeat.

This unit and decor were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped; the bedding was comfortable; the sofa and chair were comfortable; the bathroom was large. The lighting was good for reading. We loved the fireplace. Nice view of the mountain and it was great to be able to walk across the street to the ski lifts. The unit was quiet. Underground parking and ski storage lockers were great. We ski different locations every year and this is one of the top condos we've rented.

The condo was exactly as described. Comfortable, clean, with everything you need. Our family of 2 adults, a 10-yo and 13-yo were quite comfortable in the space. It was very close to the village (across the street) and within walking distance to the Zephyr lift. If you have little kids you could use the Winter Park wagons, but I think it's even walkable for little kids. The giant hot tub is great and was not too crowded when we were there. The whole rental process was very clear and organized. I would highly recommend this condo unit.

We stayed her for 3 nights in late March. The condo was large, spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and super comfortable. It could not have been closer to skiing. We were very very pleased with it, and the owners were so easy to work with. We would love to stay there again next year.

We stayed in this unit for Spring Break this year and had a fabulous time. The location was great and only a few minute walk to the Zephyr lift. Our kids loved the huge hot tub after skiing each day. The accomodations were perfect for a family of four! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The condo was everything in the description and more. Great location: minutes from the lift, walking distance to restaurants and cafes and 5 minute drive to city of Winter Park. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners are very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely rent from them again!

Great condo, minutes from Zephyr lift and village. Bed and pullout sofa are very comfortable, we had all the amenities we needed and more. WP village is right across the street. Hernando's Pizza and Doc's Roadhouse had excellent food and the gondola up to the Sunspot for Friday night dinner was perfect! Would love to do it all again!

The best condo in the best location on one of the best ski mountains in Colorado! We absolutely loved our time at Winter Park and in this unit at Founders Point. The condo is spotless and even nicer than the pictures show. It was perfect for my wife and I and we definitely hope to return. Little things like a humidifier, high quality linens, and an extremely comfortable bed made our stay very relaxing and set this unit apart from other vacation rentals. The 40 person hot-tub lives up to all the hype. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and we loved how it looked over the amenities deck to the slopes. The walk across the street to the mountain is easy and the ski locker is very convenient. The owners are really friendly, helpful, and very easy to reach via email. We would without a doubt recommend this unit to our friends and family and we do hope to return again very soon. Book this unit now! It will make your vacation very special.
