Private, secluded and wooded house located on in close proximity to Gore Mountain Ski Resort and several lakes.
First floor has a formal dining room, kitchen with eat in area, living room and half bath. There is also a large walk out deck off of the living room.
Second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The full bathroom has a large shower, a jetted bath tub, and two sinks. The second floor also has a washer and dryer for the convenience of the vacationer.
The whole house was tastefully refurbished in 2008 with hardwood and tile throughout.

Why the Owner Chose North Creek
While winter sports abound, there are many large lakes in the vicinity including Loon Lake, Schroon Lake, Brant Lake and Lake George. This is a true four season playground. There are many public access beaches, boat rentals, Great Escape Amusement Park, and local vendors for snowmobiling, ATV and horseback riding in close proximity. Free use of the canoe comes with the rental. There are outfitters nearby that offer white water rafting trips, canoeing and kayaking trips on the Hudson River. There is also regular and mountain biking nearby as well as hiking.
