Beautiful Ocean Front Home with complete kitchens. 3 bedroom 3 bathroom upstairs with living room, full kitchen and Central A/C. Large lanai overlooking Pacific Ocean. Central A/C is available at an additional charge of $25.00 per night. Please advise if desired so A/C can be turned on.

Downstairs offers a 1bd/1ba with a family room and full kitchen, but no A/C. Small pool for cooling off. GREAT VIEW! Bedding upstairs is a king, queen, and twin trundle bed. Downstairs has a queen bed and a king sofa sleeper.

While you can rent the entire home as a 4bd/4ba, the upstairs only can be rented as a 3bd/3ba. 5-night min stay required. 1 week minimum and rate slightly higher over the Christmas/New Year holiday. $800 refundable security deposit required.
