Elegant open floor plan, the use of granite counter tops and tile floors and marble touches in just the right places make this home a spectacular find, from the curved windows overlooking the lanai, windows covered with plantation shutters make this home feel tropical with a slice of contemporary style on the side. At 4,498 square feet this dual story home starts with a sitting/game room at the entry, double doors open to the queen bedroom with a full bath nearby. You continue through the home past the formal dining room, surrounded by low walls keeping the open floor plan elegant with a chandelier and the proper drapes to make this home comfortable and cozy with a touch of class. We move on to the living room that overlooks the pool area, oversized breakfast bar and huge kitchen with under cabinet counter lighting and glass doors to showcase the delightful collection. The round breakfast table compliments the curved windows that overlook the covered patio, pool with golf course views. The master bedroom has the same views and a door to access the pool for a midnight swim. Master bath is huge with walk in shower, soaking tub and two separate sinks with closets that flank the entry back to the Master bedroom. Upstairs is quite the delight with three bedrooms that have the same style as downstairs only with a twist of Asian influence making you feel you are in a plantation home, with each bedroom in its own stylized color format. The first queen bedroom on the right has the dark and brooding furniture with bright fabrics to make this both comfortable and cozy, it shares a bath with the twin bed room that has a wall of closets another set of curved windows and a door to the balcony giving you the pool and golf views of the Tom Watson's Independence golf course. Bedroom 5 has a queen sleigh bed with sliding glass doors to access the balcony the dark wood furniture are just beautiful. The media room with wet bar and refrigerator for wine is decorated in black and white with classic touches of red the leather seating really set off the art work of nostalgia. Each bedroom has its own 32” television with 40” and 42” televisions in the media & family rooms all have DVD players for your enjoyment.

One word: Perfect! Staying at this home was the best part in our vacation. Very close to all the fun, yet far enough for having some quite moments. The resort is very well organized, the company is very professional and helpful. I really can't find any negative points to talk about. It has exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended. We stayed in this beautifully furnished home and it was just as the photographs portray. Reunion is an extremely well cared for resort offering the best of both worlds - close enough for Disney days out and far enough away to be so peaceful. The house was immaculate and unlike so many standard rental properties which can be very 'standard'. The community offers many pools apart from the smaller one at the home which was great for our boys, ages 14 and 10. The management company were very accommodating and our thanks go to Andy who ensured a carefree stay. The decision to stay at this house was certainly the best one we made!

My family and I stayed at the Reunion Resort from 7/18-7/26/10. The experience was wonderful. We loved 1223 Radiant Street. It is an exquisite home. The resort itself was beautiful. We're looking for a single family home in Florida. We plan to visit again soon. We lived in luxury at Radiant St. And Mr. Trujillo was so helpful and expedited all our requests so quickly. We really appreciated all of his help. The design of the home was exquisite and the beautiful furnishings made us want to stay longer. You have a great staff working with you also. Everything was clean and set up for us when we arrived. The repair man was quick and professional. I will definitely be back if I don't find my own home before then. Thanks for all of your hospitality, caring and love you put into your homes and resort.
