As the real estate Broker for the developer of Starr Pass we built these beautiful Golf Casitas (little homes) with the desire to allow all visitors to enjoy the beauty and bounty of the natural environment of the southwest. The Casitas are well loved and enjoyed by many a visitor all year long. This Casita which is mine personally, has an extended patio front and rear and was lived in by my parents and not a vacation rental for some time. Everything you should want or need is available, all you need to bring is your personal items, good walking shoes, and the desire to enjoy nature while living in a resort environment.
Starr Pass is located within minutes from the airport, the cultural center of the city, the most significant natural parks and museums. Year Purchased: 1993
An Arizonan since the early 50's, I wanted to help keep the natural beauty of the environment while still allowing growth. Became the CEO of an international environmental land planning company in my 30's and have worked in this field for over 25 years. I am the real estate Broker for the developer of Starr Pass and sold all the Casitas (80) in the mid- 1990's. I work on site and am available to not only let you into the Casita, I'm here as a guide to assist you in the enjoyment of the wonders of the Sonoran Desert.
Why the Owner Chose Starr Pass
I have had the unique opportunity to not only assist in the development but watch the growth of this beautiful community. I bought two Casitas in the early years because I knew no other way to invest. So I invested in what I knew and what I believe in. The Casitas have done very well over the years and have appreciated greatly. They offered me the opportunity to house my parents or family as they needed it, but were flexible enough to become vacation rentals as well. It's been my pleasure meeting all the wonderful visitors we have enjoyed over my 16 year history with this environment.
