Our two bedroom unit, 9-402 (building 9, 4th floor, with elevator) offers 1188 square feet of living space, 30 foot ceilings, two full bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, a large (166 square feet) lanai, and all the amenities of home. Our unit is very beautifully upgraded.
There's a queen size bed upstairs, a king size bed downstairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Why feel like you're staying in a condo when you can stay in our unit that offers the tropical-warm feeling of a home?
In addition, we offer a second two bedroom unit, 4-407, at this complex (*see listing # 26455 for calendar) and a peaceful cabin-like cottage decorated in a nautical theme located only five minutes from the beach (listing # 28267).

Minimum stay 6 nights unless filling gaps between rentals.
Initial payment $300, balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation less than 45 days prior refund pro-rated based on
ability to re-rent space.
