Remodeled and updated, this unit offers the ultimate in Mountain Comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this unit is central to all the action winter or summer. Walk to the slopes or the Village Gondola or just relax with views of the Sierras. Situated in the trees next to the Canyon Lodge parking lot, Mammoth West is one of the most convenient locations in town. The unit has an open floor plan that lets in lots of light. Stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, oversized balcony with beautiful Forest and Mountain Views, large dining room table, 3 TVs, Blu-Ray/Netflix/VCR/DVD, stereo system with iPod hookup, wireless internet, bumper pool, and a beautiful river rock hearth with wood stove (firewood provided). This two level condo sleeps 10 comfortably with 2 queens, 2 twins, and 4 bunks. There are 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer located in the unit. The built in humidifier on the forced air unit keeps the inside comfortable and warm when the air outside is cold and dry.
The condo complex features one of the largest and best Jacuzzis in Mammoth, providing the ideal place to relax after a full day of activities. There is also a pool, Red wood sauna, and male/female restrooms/showers.
For other nearby après ski and fine dining, the Austria Hof Restaurant & Bar is located next door to our Complex. At the end of your ski day, just ski to the base of Chair 7 at the Austria Hof Restaurant parking lot and you'll be just steps from our condo complex.
Our unit has two parking passes for the parking area in front of the unit or just below the unit along Canyon Blvd. next to the Canyon Lodge Parking lot. Loading/Unloading/Pick Up/Drop off is permitted directly in front of the unit.

This condo was perfect for two families with kids. Plenty of necessities provided and kitchen stocked with cooking accessories. Great relaxed atmosphere and comfy beds. Perfect location to Canyon Lodge. Felt like we were at home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Excellent facilities! If, however, you wanted to upgrade anything, the beds could use it. I personally slept like a rock (after all day on the mountain), but some of my friends are princesses :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were a group of 10 adults, and the 4 bedrooms, 3 baths were perfect for us. Very large condo, with great views, very well maintained. And a short walk to the canyon lodge parking lot.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We shared this Condo with another 3 families and a total of 4 kids. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the 2 nights stay here. The Condo keys, parking permit and the directions were with us almost one week before the travel and we never had any problem. There were lot of activities in the Condo for the kids and our little ones really enjoyed. We would like to thank John for his excellent guidance for the trip. We really recommend this stay for any one who want to make their Mammoth trip memorable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Perfect location. Perfect ski cabin set up. Perfect communication with owner. Everything just fit for us here! I almost didn't write a review because I want it to remain a secret.....to ensure we can get it next time we visit Mammoth....But good things should be shared! Clean, beautiful condo! Plenty of room for our family, wonderful views from the family room balcony. We had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was great. It was in a good location and very comfortable. The hot tub and pool was used almost everyday. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and was the perfect size for our group. Enjoyed visting Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite. The owner John was very helpful and always responded to questions promptly.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We shared this condo with another family and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to Canyon Lodge. My 7 year old and I did the walk in about 8 minutes - lots of stairs though- so the walk is not for the less than energetic. I can't say enough good things about the place itself- kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, washer & dryer came in extremely handy, beds were very comfortable. John, one of the owners, was easy to communicate with and well organized providing all the info we needed for a great stay. We would definitely return and recommend this place to others.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved the old school feel of this place...lots of character and cozy atmosphere. The location was awesome and the correspondence with the owners was timely and on point.
