We loved the open-air (NOT really "outside") kitchen and patio. The views were spectacular, especially sunsets. It seemed like we were in an an eagle's nest, able to see activity like surfing and parachute riders clearly from above. The patio had lush greenery that attracted hummingbirds and butterflies. The place was truly fully equipped except for a teapot!! It's the best unit in this building and one of the best in the Zona Romantica. A lot of fun, a lot of awesome.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

As a single traveler who prefers a studio feel in general, this lovely vacation rental is just perfect. For me, why travel to PV if I can not hear the sound of waves crashing onto the shore and know that the beach is just a few steps away? The staff of Casa Corazon is welcoming and lovely. Breakfast is available on-site for a nominal charge, and the unit itself feels cozy and every time I return, like home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I appreciate everyone's responses, and it let's me know if I am doing a good job or not. Home away from home is how I want my clients to feel about this unit. I've dome my best to give this condo a rustic Mexican look, and the view is unbeatable.

A fantastic stay. Truly enjoyed my accommodations. The owner was timely and accommodating. One has to see the place. It has a much more inviting appeal in reality. The pictures do not do it any justice. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Will gladly rent here again. A true casa corazon.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for your kind review. It is my goal to make all my guests feel welcome and at home. I encourage guests to contact me during their stay if there are any issues so that I can do my best to get them resolved so they may enjoy their time in Mexico.

The condo was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen & deck where we watched numerous sunsets and listen to the waves of the ocean! The location was awesome as we were able to walk to the local markets & we enjoyed the many restaurents. We also ate at the condo and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic! We really enjoyed the pool as most days we were all alone! We were so close to the beach where you could spend time or just go for local walks right into town!Recommended for: Tourists without a car
Owner response: I think the one thing that everyone who has stayed at this condo agrees on is the great location and the view from the terrace. The outdoor kitchen and living area makes this a special place to enjoy the beauty of Mexico!

This was our first stay at this location and overall was very satisfied. The location is OUTSTANDING to the beach and everything the Romantic Zone has to offer... You will appreciate the short walk to the restaurants, bars, malecon, etc.... The unit itself was just perfect. The outdoor area is amazing and provided some of the most OUTSTANDING views as the sun goes down at night. The only downside was the constant construction that was going on, but that is going on everywhere. Fortunately the sounds of the crashing waves were the sounds that I can remember the most. We did have one small issue and the owners of the condo were EXTREMELY responsive and very caring and followed up to ensure everything else went well. I would most definitely stay there again and highly recommend this GREAT location.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: As always, I appreciate comments from my guests. I have to agree that the view from the outside kitchen/dining area is awesome; and the main reason I purchased this property. Unfortunately, issues will arise from time to time, but I will always do my best to make the customer happy and want to return!

We really liked this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The outdoor patio/kitchen was great and the location was good for us - we walked everywhere! We happened to go at a very noisy time - we didn't realize that the week before Easter was party time for everyone. Next time we would avoid that time completely. But everyone at the bed and breakfast was nice and helpful and we would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for the kind review! It always makes us pleased to know that our clients really enjoyed the condo and would stay with us again. Easter in Mexico is probably the busiest and host to many fiestas....even more so than Christmas and New Years. Hopefully, if you return, you will choose a "calmer" season.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and tell you how much we loved your condo. We had a great time in PV and hope to come back sooner than later. The location was perfect, the sound of the crashing waves was awesome! We loved the outdoor kitchen area the most and prepared many meals there. Walking out your front door, taking the elevator down and being at the beach was great. No twenty minute hike up the hill with this perfect condominium! Thanks again, Jeff in MarylandRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: We take great pride in providing a pleasing vacation get away for our customers. The outdoor kitchen/living area is everyone's favorite. We appreciate all the positive comments and also welcome any advice on how to make the unit better if you find a problem.

great place for a couple - clean and well maintained - we loved the outdoor kitchen - we spent hours on the terrace cooking, eating, drinking, reading, relaxing solid internet connection - large shower - comfortable bed lots of good restaurants and stores near by - the amapas mini super and deli was great for most all your grocery/beverage needs - enjoyed a delicious and romantic dinner at the fusion gourmet - if you wanted music and beverage service on the beach the ritmo beach club was right in front of the building - if you wanted quiet beach time, all you had to do was walk a few metres south - if you continued south over the rocky point you could wander along the conchas chinas and relax on a series of small and quiet beaches the owner was helpful and always responded to e-mails promptly the only draw back was the evening party music from the blue chairs resort next door - most days the music started around 5:00 and continued until 11:00 - but it always ended at 11:00 and after that the only sounds were the breeze and the crashing surf if you want a great ocean view and lots of outdoor space, i highly recommend this condoRecommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: We truly appreciate the great review by our clients from Winnipeg, Canada. It is our goal to be very accessible and as helpful as possible to our clients. My partner and I brought in the New Year at #905. The condo is very nicely decorated, and the terrace can't be beat. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out on the large terrace/open kitchen area. We were even able to watch the New Year's fireworks from the comfort of the condo's terrace. The last thing we heard each night before falling asleep, and the first thing we heard each morning when we awoke, was the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the shore- it was just what we had hoped for. Having been to PV before, we were very familiar with the location of the condo. The condo is just a couple minute walk from the popular beach, so we spent quite a bit of time at the beach during our stay. While we were staying at #905, the complex opened up a new swimming pool- a nice addition to the complex. We would definitely recomment #905, and would consider staying there again ourselves. The owners are great to work with, and the staff of the complex are very nice. The terrace and the ocean views/sounds make this condo an excellent deal. Thank you for such a homey environment. We had a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: We take a lot of pride in making this little studio your home away from home. The large outdoor kitchen and living area is where you will no doubt spend the majority of your time. The view is one of the best, and you are only steps away from the beach. The staff on site do their very best to make your stay pleasant and worry free. Feedback is always encouraged from our clients. This allows us to make changes or additions so that you have everything that you need during your stay. Our goal is to have our clients enjoy their stay enough to come back every year. Ralph & Roy

I stayed in this studio for 10 days and 9 nights. The view was amazing. We had a clear view of the ocean and crashing waves. The beach was a short walk through the beautiful garden. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony which partially covered for escaping the hot sun. The room decor was pleasing and authentic. Many restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room does have a nice television, but only two or three stations were available. Other than that this was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

we loved this little studio, it was a wonderful space - the open kitchen/ deck with fantastic view is fun & really makes it, and the breakfast area was also wonderful, good value. we had everything we needed. as we're parents though & restricted in going out while our daughter is sleeping, the building manager benjamin promptly brought us a DVD player on request, we got some videos from blockbuster on basilio badillo. otherwise just hanging out on the deck was great, as expected, and we were a stone's throw from the beach, and a short walk to the shops and restos in the romantic zone. our daughter's travel crib fit into the "vestibule" to the bathroom area, which worked well as there was some separation after all. (it helps that she sleeps well). the waves were surprisingly loud however! amazing how that sound travelled, although we did enjoy it ourselves, others might find it distracting. there were parties/discos happening at night, especially from what i think was a hotel to the right, but we expected it given the christmas season and they did end early (11ish), which was perfect. the one thing i would mention for future renters with young kids, is that we had to block off the openings at the end of the deck with some furniture and a suitcase, as our daughter (in crawling & pulling herself up stage) could easily have fallen through the openings. we weren't there long, and were able to cover the gaps, but it would have been nerve-wracking if on a longer stay. we just made do with what we had, i'm sure other enterprising parents would do the same. could be an idea to have a mesh available to block off the gaps for little ones. in general though, #905 was a cozy & romantic spot with great view!Did you find this review helpful? We stayed here over New Years, Wonderful experience, close to the ocean, restaurants, beautiful sunset and could watch all the fireworks from the balcony, would recommend this to anyone, 2 to 3 is comfortable. You can enjoy the music from the surronding hotels and everything turns quiet at around 11:00. Wonderful time in paradise.
