Upstairs has 2 car garage with single floor living space with open floor plan, 52inch big screen TV in living room, cozy fireplace, DVD, DVD library, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, balcony, gas BBQ, huge master bedroom with private balcony and extra-large walk in closet, stereo system, master bath with jetted tub and separate shower.
Lower level has separate driveway with plenty of parking. Walk into huge game room featuring foosball, bumper pool, golf putting, brochures of the area and its attractions, and maps. Outside sunning area with panoramic views of Rock and ocean, 3 sleeping areas with two queen pillow top beds and 1 couch bed (double). Xbox games, cable TV, DVD, window views and walk-in closet. Bathroom tub/shower, towels and linens provided.

We recently stayed here for weekend as a group of 8, and it was a really nice property. There are three bedrooms and 2 pull out couches, so there was plenty of space for us. The views were lovely! We could see Morro Rock clearly from the unit. We went for my husband's birthday. He didn't know about the trip - it was a surprise. So just before the trip, I emailed the property manager, and he was incredibly accomodative! (I'm leaving out his name, since I'm not sure that's appropriate to mention). He put decorations and balloons up on my request, and that made our weekend so much more festive! All in all it was a great stay. I'd definitely stay here again, should i need a vacation rental in Morro Bay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is one of 5 homes that were rented by out of town family and friends in the Morro Bay area for our daughter's wedding in San Luis Obispo. This home was by far the nicest! The home was more than we could ask for and is stocked with every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ask for. The view from the kitchen and living room of the Morro Rock and the sunsets were spectacular. I would definitely rent this home on future visits to the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house was even better than expected.The house description and pictures on VRBO are accurate. The views of the ocean were absolutely amazing and beautiful. The house is furnished so nice and really makes it feel like home. One of the downstairs bedrooms has an ocean view when you are laying in bed. The bed is so high that you go to sleep looking at the city lights and listening to the waves and then wake up to seeing them. The house is so spacious and comfortable.Considering all the extras and the elagance of the house, the price was reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetly stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
