PLAN Labor Day Wk. & other dates in cool fall, Sept. & Oct. __Total remodeling completed in June 2008 with new tile floor, new paint, new bath and kitchen cabinets and fixtures, new kitchen appliances with Cambria countertops in both baths and kitchen. The living room furniture is all new. Edgewater, PANAMA CITY, FULL SRVICE, Beautiful, Premier Resort. This Resort is the chosen, number one, lodging facility in Panama City Beach. We searched the Florida panhandle and EDGEWATER is our favorite. Edgewater is the only Full Service Resort in the Panama City Beach area. Amenities include, controlled entrace, 24 hr. security, golf, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool, landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, other pools, spas, 2 restaurants on the water,lighted tennis courts, jet ski rental, parasailing, exercise room, gift shop, beauty salon, convention center, etc. Edgewater takes a lot of pride in the beauty of this Resort. The grounds are the most beautifully landscaped grounds of any lodging place in Panama City Beach, Florida. The beautiful, 11,500 Lagoon Pool has been voted the Best Pool in the Beach. Edgewater is only minutes from Restaurants, which serve the best Sea Food, as well as other Foods of your choice, world-class sportfishing, evening dinner cruise, boat rides to Shell Island, championship golf,Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, which offers a great afternoon dolphin show and a fantastic evening lazer show, parks, state parks, and extraordinary boutiques. This condo has been completely updated, and is like new. We have new cabinets, new countertops, new tile throughout and new bathroom fixtures, also all new appliances in kitchen and new furniture in the living room. Our condo is in Tower 3. This Tower sits very close to the Emerald water. There is a pool and a spa in front of Tower 3. Walk out of this Tower and you are right at the lagoon pool. Our condo is the deluxe, 2 br, 2ba, lr, dr, kit, hall, approx. 1366 sq. ft. plus the waterfront balcony. Very clean, very nice, comfortable, ready for our guest to enjoy.
