My family and I just vacationed in Panama City the week of July 4th, 2011. What a GREAT vacation. First of all the condo was exactly like pictured in the photos! Absolutely clean, spacious and really felt like a "home away from home". Views were unbelievable and it was beautiful and sunny every day! The location of the condo was very convenient to the beach and lagoon pool and the view directly overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. We especially liked the balcony that was on the shady side of the building, so when we relaxed with an evening cocktail, it was very comfortable. We did so much on this vacation, but to highlight the BEST adventure, I would highly recommend the 2 hour jet skiing dolphin excursion which we booked with Bay Point Marriott. My husband and I each had one of our kids on jet ski with us. The tour guy (young friendly man), took us out to see dolphins (got off the jet ski and swam with them!), then we proceeded to shell island where we got to enjoy the view and pick up some shells, then to an area where there was a sandbar and we dug up a couple sand dollars...the jet skiing was a blast and we would definitely do that again! The kids enjoyed parasailing on the beach at Edgewater and my 10 year old son couldn't get enough of the blow up water slide on the beach. Another big plus...beach chairs and umbrella are part of this deal at this condo. It was too hot to be on beach without any shade, and since we flew in from New York and couldn't bring chairs and umbrella with us, this was perfect. Edgewater is a busy, hopping and lively place. We really enjoyed it, even over the very busy 4th of july weekend. If you have never been to Panama city beach, GO! It was our first time here and our family's best vacation ever (no lie). We will return, hopefully again next year !

Exactly Like Advertised.

We were not disappointed in this condo and resort because it was exactlly like we read on the description of the add on VRBO. The photo shots were just exactly what we found when we arrived. The landscaping of the resort was fabulous. The lagoon pool was the best pool I have ever been able to enjoy. We have traveled to several different resort areas and this was a pool that you looked forward to swimming in daily. The condo itself was wonderful. Very nicely decorated and updated. Loved the tile floors and the balcony area was awesome. Views from the living area and the dining room were breathtaking. Loved the unit being on the 9th floor and next to the last unit on the floor. No problem with noise or disturbances during our stay and would recommend this unit as being a great vacation spot. Convenient to all eating places and we enjoyed going to the new mall too. Can't think of anything that would keep us from renting this condo in the future. The Folds were a pleasure to deal with and once you see their condo you will know immediately that they take great pride in maintaining it. Clean and neat as a pen. No negatives with this rental and we look forward to visiting Edgewater Resort in the near future.

This complex is awesome. The pool and restaurant are both high quality and super convenient. The exercise facility is great and the 9 hole golf course is okay for practice. The beach chairs that are included in the price are fantastic. All week we spent time at the beach and/or the pool and both are very comfortable. The condo is exceptional. It is obvious that it was renovated recently and everything is as it should be. The appliances are new and the televisions are all flat screens with great cable reception. The DSL service is excellent! All things considered this is the best value on the beach in our opinion.

SEPTEMBER GETAWAY

What a wonderful vacation my husband & I (along with my parents) had staying at Edgewater. This condo has been well kept & was spotlessly clean. Not only was the location convenient to many restaurants & leisurely activities, but the resort itself provided all necessities plus extras galore. My husband & Dad played golf every day, while Mom & I read our favored books down on the beach. And the view was beyond our expectations. It was so soothing to enjoy that wonderful view through floor to ceiling windows at the end of an already relaxing day. We saw airplanes, parasailing, & people just gliding by on some sort of parachute...it was marvelous! We came home with a renewed sense of vigor & vitality & ready to conquer the obstacles of daily work & life!

MY HUSBAND & I VISITED FAYE'S CONDO AT EDGEWATER(#913) JULY 26TH THRU 31ST. WE HAVE BEEN TO PCB SEVERAL TIMES BUT FIRST STAY WITH FAYE, FOUND THINGS EXACTLY AS THEY WERE LISTED AND DESCRIBED FOUND THE CONDO TO BE VERY COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND NICELY FURNISHED EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE WANTED WAS THERE FOR US AND THE OPEN FLOOR PLAN WAS GREAT AS WAS THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE TOO. THE POOLS WERE NICE AND WE LOVED HAVING THE RESERVED CHAIRS & UMBRELLA ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH WAS GREAT, WATER CLEAR AND PERFECT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW CLEAN THE POOL'S WERE AND HOW THE STAFF CARED FOR EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY ;ONSITE FOOD A LITTLE PRICEY BUT THE STARBUCKS WAS MOST REASONABLE WE WALKED THE GOLF COURSE EVERY MORNING FOR OUR EXERCISE, WENT TO THE PCB WINERY(WHICH WAS GREAT), LOVED PIER PARK AND THE GORMAN SHELL ISLAND CRUISE. OUR FAVORITE MEALS WERE LUNCH AT SCAMPI'S, DINNER AT SHARK'Y(WHERE THERE WAS KAREOKE, (WITH CUSTOMERS FROM LOTS OF STATES)WHO COULDN'T SING, BUT SO FUN... AND GREAT STEAKS AT ANGELO'S. WE WILL DEFINATELY RETURN TO PCB/EDGEWATER/AND FAYE'S IN THE FUTURE THANKS TO FAYE FOR HOW EASY COMMUNICATION ABOUT OUR TRIP WITH HER WAS ALONG WITH SHARING HER CONDO

Thanks to Faye for sharing her condo with us for a much needed vacation. The condo was very spacious and was furnished with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the views of the gulf. It was nice having the beach chairs to use everyday. Look forward to renting the condo again in the future.

This is absolutely the most beautiful beach we have visited. The lovely green water and smooth, sandy ocean floor made playing in the water especially delightful. We also appreciated the two chairs and beach umbrella that come with this rental. The condo was also wonderful. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. The furnishings were tasteful, clean, and comfortable, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer. We can't wait to come back!

This was a great vacation place. This condo made it even greater! We have been coming to Edgewater for 15 years; we just love the lagoon pool. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Ms. Faye does a very good job managing this property. She goes the extra mile to see that all is RIGHT! You have no worries before or during your stay. I can't wait to return for many years to come. I would definitely use this condo again.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us during our recent visit to Panama City Beach, Florida. We have stayed at Edgewater for years, and your condo was one of the very best! The upgrades made the condo so stunning, and the cleanliness was extraordinary. We had a spectacular view of the beach and all the activities going on. The wonderful thing about this tower is that you are so close to the water, that you feel like you are on the beach even when you are sitting on the deck. The condo was organized, decorated with great taste, and had everything we needed. Thanks for going the extra mile to make this condo so attractive, and well maintained. You could never ask for more!!! We will be back as soon as we can!! We loved the condo.

This is one great condo. We stayed the week of June 6-13, 2009 and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for sharing such a livable unit in a beautiful resort. The view of the gulf was breath taking and seeing the dolphins swimming by each morning while we were eating on the balcony started our day off right. The full size washer and dryer, along with the kitchen fully equipped, made life just like home. We would certainly stay with you again, for you made it easy and simple. The two beach chairs included with your unit is an added value and was always there waiting on us. A most enjoyable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view just can't be beat with the full view windows with no obstructions! Loved having the beach chairs included in our cost. Perfect weather and great beach.

My wife and I have stayed in this condo for the months of January through March, 2009. During our stay we compared this condo with several others in all three major towers at Edgewater and found it to be one of the best. The new additions and upgrades are wonderful and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Also, Faye has been very helpful during our vacation time here. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.
