Gourmet kitchen, high end baths in both suites, tons of space, parking, and easy shuttle location, only minutes to slopes and village. King in master suite and queen in second bedroom suite. Newly remodeled baths and kitchens. This townhome is one of the nicest in the area.

The townhouse is perfect for people who want to come back, relax, and cook dinner after a day of skiing or other activities. The rooms are spacious with closet and drawer space to stow your belongings. The bathrooms are huge. The house is clean and well maintained. It is conveniently about 20 yards from the Vail shuttle and is approximately 15-20 mins to Vail Village. It is the end of the shuttle route, but it makes it easy to get on the bus on your way in to town. The listing under-represents what is available. There is a flat-screen TV in each bedroom and living room, Blu-Ray DVD, and a Wii with games. The deck has a large gas grill, but a small table with only one chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kind of pot and pan and kitchen gadget you would need. There are also condiment basics like oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, and a drawer and cabinet full of spices. It's unclear what is stocked and what is left behind by previous tenants, but there is also some other basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and foil. The supermarket and liquor store are a convenient drive or shuttle-ride away. The managing agent was very helpful and responsive to questions. When we had snow, it was plowed for us. I do wish there were some basic instructions regarding trash, recycling and how to use the electronics. But overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a wonderful place to stay in west Vail. The location is right on the bus route only a couple of miles from Vail Village. The bedrooms are cozy and the bathrooms have really nice upgrades. If you like to cook you wil LOVE the gourmet kitchen. This condo has everything you need. I have been lucky enough to have been able to stay here for the past 10 years. I am so looking forward to coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT... HAPPY SKIING.
