YOU'VE FOUND IT... A HIGH QUALITY, REASONABLY PRICED Condo just 800 feet from the ski lifts and just one block from quaint downtown Breckenridge.
You can walk anywhere - downtown restaurants, shops, clubs, taverns, and the ski lifts. It's across the street from the Riverwalk and Performing Arts Center, only two blocks from Snowflake and Quicksilver Ski Lifts and ski-in via Four O’Clock ski run.
Our spacious, vaulted-ceiling condo is about 1250 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths arranged as private suites. The "Bear" suite has a queen and a twin bed; the "Moose" suite has a KING bed. A separate dining room seats eight comfortably. The Great Room has three sofas, two of which are double sleepers, providing lots of seating to enjoy conversation near the fireplace, listen to romantic CDs with a cup of hot chocolate, or watch a good movie on our five speaker DVD/surround-sound system. From our private balcony patio you can enjoy views of Peaks 7 and 8 of the "10 Mile Range."
Each year we upgrade our home to create a fresh, inviting, lodge-home feeling in the cozy spaces of our condo. We strive to differentiate it from the other rental options you might choose by outfitting our place with high quality furnishings and carefully matched accessories and doing so without extra cost to you! We know from our own travels that we appreciate the finer things in life like quality and good design and we visit places that provide these to us. Thanksgiving 2010 at Breckenridge! What a wonderful time! Condo looks amazing and so homey. All the amenities. I loved walking on Main Street, skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling . . . . the list goes on . . . and then coming back to watch the snow fall in front of the fireplace. Thank you so much for thinking of everything - even brochures in the basket. I highly recommend White Mountain Snowmobiling - awesome! Again, thanks for the memories.

This is our 2nd stay at our 'home away from home' (in your condo). We had such a glorious week of new snow, beautiful warm and sunny days and the bluest sky ever - I guess typical for Colorado. Needless to say, our 2nd visit was as comfortable and restful as ever. We appreciate the luxury of your gourmet kitchen and as there were three of us, a couch for each one to lounge and rest our exercised bodies after a full week of skiing was perfect. The movies were a treat and we all watched 'When Harry Met Sally' (our favorite) on a snowy Sunday afternoon. very evening we marveled at the incredible skills of the Winter Olympians and cheered all the athletes from all over the world in their victories. Chris, Theresa and I love Breckenridge and will look forward to our 2011 visit - same place, same time! My grandchildren and daughter came for a 3 day visit and Isabel and Dominic were ski demons. They did their 1st Blue-Black runs ever. Isabel will celebrate her 10th birthday on March 10th and said that this was the best present ever! Great hospitality - great time! Dear Sandi and Rocky - Thank you so much for letting us stay here! I love this condo. This is my 2nd time being here and it really feels like home! You have everything here that we need and the kitchen is wonderful. I would LOVE to come back here again! Dear Sandi and Rocky, The condo was wonderful! We even enjoyed the hot tub - both nights! The skiing was amazing. Both days we took the 4 O'clock trail and it popped us out right by the condo - perfect! Fattys and the Breck Brewery were both delicious. Thanks for everything! We also made ghost and darkness winto a drinking game -- talk about fun. Thanks again.

Hi again! We calculated that for some of us this is our 12th straight year at Breck - and our 8th year at your condo. You might say we like the place! Condo was great and continues to improve. Skiing conditions were excellent this year....14" of snow during the week. Thanks again. Hope to visit again next year!
