This facility provides you with a quiet relaxing atmosphere but is less than a 5 minute walk to town for restaurants, bars, casinos, clubs, grocery stores, clothing and souvenir shops, as well as tours for all the various sporting activities. In addition tours to local volcanoes, hot spring spas, zip lining, white water rafting, world class surfing, eco tours and other activities are available in town.

Year Purchased: 2008
Two semi retired entrepreneurs fell in love with Costa Rica upon our first holiday here. The laid back atmosphere as well as the exceptionally friendly people and good food were the decision makers for us. In addition we found the flora and fauna abundant and easily accessible with many national parks. Our activities included a 10 minute drive to a blue flag snorkeling beach at Ocotal, a volcano tour including zip lining, water slide, horseback riding, hot springs and typical Costa Rican lunch. Our family and friends who have visited us rave about the scenery, the food, and the variety of activities available to them locally. We return as often as possible and have found many friends from all over the world that now reside here as well.
