This private home rests in the perfect location. Right on Park Avenue in "Old Town" Park City. This is two blocks from the Park City Ski Resort, only a five minute walk to the resort,It features a great view of the mountain and the skiers whooshing down the slopes.It is just a ten minute walk to main street where all the shop's and restaurants are.There is also a FREE SHUTTLE
that stops every 15-20 minutes to take you to all the site's.
The home is very spacious and exhibits vaulted ceilings, custom hardwood floors and cabinets, a living room and family room, double-sided fireplace, double car garage, five, TVs and dvd's, jetted tub in the master bath, and a private outdoor hot tub to relax in after a great day of skiing.
The back yard opens up into a beautiful, six-acre, park where the children can build a snowman and sled down a small hill. There is also a library which offers a wide variety of entertainment which is within 200 yards of the home.

THE KIDS CAN BUILD SNOWMEN AND GO DOWN A SLEIGH HILL IN THE PARK. YOU CAN WALK TO MAIN ST WHERE THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ARE IN TEN MINUTES. THERE IS ALSO A FREE SHUTTLE THAT STOPS OUTSIDE MY HOME EVERY 10 TO 15 MINUTES. GREAT HOUSE GREAT LOCATION

We (6 adults) just returned from a week's stay at The Grant's Park City house and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was equipped w/ all the necessary household items and we really enjoyed soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub at the end of a long day. Having a washer/dryer available was great, not only because we could do our own laundry, but it enabled us to have clean towels and linen throughout the week as well. The only drawback to the house (and it's a minor one) is that anyone sleeping in the 2 upstairs Queen bedrooms MIGHT have a problem with the traffic and street noise outside their bedroom windows (the house is located directly on Park Ave.) There's a positive side to being on Park Ave. though - the house is located just steps away from the bus stop, so it made getting around really easy. Overall the house worked out well for us and we hope to stay here again next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The place is beautiful and the location prime. The interior of the home is spotless and has all the comforts of home. The bedding was fantastic and the master bath had the biggest interior whirlpool bath I have ever seen. The water pressure in the shower was like being in a spa. There was plenty of room for my whole family to sprawl out and the four bedrooms provided enough privacy when need we all needed a break. Right out our Arcadia door the hot tub looked out onto a giant park which was perfect for the little ones to sleigh ride and build a snow man. The big kids are able to grab a shuttle to the mtn just steps away from the automatic two car garage. We will definitely be back again this year if a spot opens up.

Our family (2 kids 9 and 12) stayed at his Park Ave house and found it to be a perfect home away from home. The house has a large living room area with a double sided fireplace and plenty of sleeping space. The house was in excellent order and was well equiped for us to go to the grocery store and then cook some warm homemade meals. Just outside the read sliding glass door is an always warm (and very clean) jacuzzi that the family enjoyed, even when it was below freezing outside. Just beyond the read of the house is a very large park that had a small sledding hills and plenty of kids and dogs playing in. The park is large enough that we never heard a single dog bark from inside the house. Main street was about 1/3 of a mile away and is a very easy walk. The city shuttle stop is less than a block outside the front door. There is a 7/11 up the street for any last minute needs and even the city library is right next door in case you run out of lots of activities. The owner of the house, Dr Grant, communicated well and was a gracious host. I would clearly return to this house as it was a perfect balance between location, cost, quality, space and overall ease of renting.

I have stayed in this home TWO TIMES now. Perfect location. You can not get a better location that has proximity to everything for this price. Don't stay OUT of old town! It's too hard to get anywhere. This place is perfect. Clean and nicely decorated too.
