The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Tradewinds condominium is a great place to live or vacation. It is full of friendly people from all walks of life. The building is very well maintained with one of the largest pools on the beach. There are tropical gardens, landscaping and palm trees throughout the property. Chairs, tables and chaise lounges are around the pool and under the Tiki huts and there is also a BBQ grilling area. The entry foyer is well appointed and there is a library and social room. Valet carts are located on the first floor for use at check in and WiFi is available in the social room and other areas of the building. The best thing is you’re on the beach. You can literally walk out of your condo to the pool deck and the white sand of the world-renowned Crescent Beach. Back in 1996 Rose and I began a two-year search for our special piece of “Paradise”. We headed south from Indiana down along the Florida Gulf coast. We looked in St. Pete, Clearwater, Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, Estero Beach, Isle of Capri and then found our piece of “Paradise” on the beach in Marco Island Florida. A perfect one bedroom, 1 ½ bath first floor condominium with gorgeous sunset views across a tropical garden setting overlooking a beautiful pool, white sandy beaches and the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico.
