Comfort in the Heart of Florence

My wife and I stayed in this great apartment for 5 nights. The apartment is in the Piazza della Signoria right across from the Uffizi. The apartment itself faces on a small back street which allows for some shelter from the noise from the piazza, great if you want to catch up on sleep for a full day of touring. The apartment is comfortable and so much better than a hotel room! Shopping is nearby so you can get the necessities of life, and shopping for shoppings sake is VERY closeby with all the designer stores you can find. The only thing that is lacking in the apartment is at least 1 English speaking channel such as CNN or BBC to catch up on news events. I totally recommend this apartment for your adventures in Florence.

This is a lovely apartment in the excellent location of Piazza della Signoria. It was like having a home away from home. Ingrid and Lorenza were very helpful. We are so glad this apartment was available!

This apartment could not be located in a more ideal area of the city. Everything is comfortable and well-appointed and the owners are fantastic - so friendly and very responsive. My only disappointment is that I had to leave so soon. When I return this will be my go-to apartment.

Ingrid & Lorenza's apartment is fantastic. You can't ask for a better location than their apartment. The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the Uffizi Gallery and everything else is walking distance (including the train station) from the apartment. Their lists of restaurants and gelaterias recommendations are very helpful. Make sure you try Carabe's pistachio, almond, hazelnut gelato, every flavor in Vivoli and have lunch at Trattoria Gozzi and Nerbone. We will definitely stay in this apartment again when we go back to Florence.

Wonderful Florence Rental

I spent six nights at this apartment this past December. It is located right on Piazza della Signoria in a beautiful, old building. The apartment is on the fourth floor, in the back of the building (you can just see the top of the Duomo out the back window). There is an elevator. The apartment is large for a studio with a very good kitchen. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to be able to have breakfast, or even to cook a substantial meal. The furnishings are simple and clean. The bed is very comfortable upstairs in a loft. There is a good shower in the bathroom and a small washing machine. I enjoyed meeting and interacting with the host, Ingrid. Of all the VRBO rentals I have had, this one is the best!

This apartment is just lovely so much so that we wanted to live there. It's centrally (perfectly located) and has everything you can think of. We could walk everywhere and loved hanging out at the apartment as well. Lorenza and Ingrid are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and have a ton of printouts at the apt that makes visiting Florence incredibly easy. If we're ever back in florence, we'll definitely try and book this place again. Thanks so much to both of you for making our trip so wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Florence. The condo was perfect and the location was beyond perfect. We could not believe how wonderful the location was. Ingrid and Lorenza were great hosts. They gave us some great ideas on things to do. Check out their restaurant recommendations. We found a trattorie listed under the "inexpensive" range within walking distance that was wonderful. Authentic Italian food at a great price. We ate there twice!!!! Our best experience was the HOP ON HOP OFF bus tour. We have been on these buses in other cities but this one was the best. There are 2 routes. Take the one that goes outside of the city. We loved it for the fantastic views. We will stay here again if in Italy and most definitely recommend to our friends.

This apartment is in a great location. Walkable from the train station, it is located at Piazza della Signoria, right in front of the Uffizi Gallery. It faces the back of the Piazza, and late night street noise is a little bit of an issue, but not bad. Ingrid and Lorenza were very accommodating, making sure everything was just right. WiFi was very good, was able to Skype no problem. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had a great time!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time in Florence which was made possible by the excellent location of this very nice apartment located directly off of Piazza Signoria. Perfect size for 2-4 people with an elevator to the 4th floor. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we were to come back to visit.

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon in Florence. When I was planning the trip, I had a hard time finding a hotel that fit our needs. After searching VRBO, I came across Ingrid and Lorenza's beautiful apartment! I'm really glad we decided to stay there. It is nice, spacious, and really clean. We particularly enjoyed the window overlooking the street and the skylight that let in tons of natural light. We never had any problem with noise. It really is as centrally located as any apartment could possibly be in Florence, and is within a short walk to anywhere in the city! Overall, it was a great place, a great experience, and I would highly recommend it!
