Welcome to our vacation home located in Oceanside Village, a private, gated community, just off of Highway 17 in Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
The village provides private beachfront parking with an oceanfront restaurant, 24-hour security, two pools (one indoor-heated, one outdoor), tennis courts, playground, and fishing lakes. Our home is a short four- to five-minute (car or golf cart) drive to the beach. The outdoor pool is just a short walk from the house. Both pools have kiddie pools.
Our home is ready for your family to enjoy. Our home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofabed (queen). Our kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with an island surface unit, built-in microwave, and oven. It features a large bar with bar stools and a dining room table. Everything a kitchen needs! We have an extra large capacity washer and dryer. Three color TVs with cable and two VCRs. No smoking, and no pets allowed.
We are a corner lot, the house has a screened-in porch and large deck. We have a privately-owned golf cart available for an additional fee. We have added a 2 vehicle carport.
There are many attractions nearby: golf courses, water parks, miniature golf, live entertainment, outlet shopping, restaurants, fishing, and many more great activities.
Oceanside Village (Surfside Beach) is located just south of Myrtle Beach (15-minute drive) and just north of Garden City Beach and Murrell's Inlet.

We have just stayed at this house for the weekend and will be staying there again for a week at the end of this month. It is great! There is plenty of room, the golf cart is a blast...our 2 little boys loved it. We highly recommend staying here! The owners are truly fantastic!

My husband and I enjoyed spending our summer vacations in Surfside Beach, SC (Oceanside Village) so much that we purchased this house. The house is beautifully decorated and gives you a very "homey" feeling. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. The pools are wonderful and so very close to our house. The beach is just a short golf cart or car ride (3-4 min)away. (Beachfront private parking). There are lots of activities to do in Surfside Beach as well as in near-by Myrtle Beach. We hope you enjoy your preview of our home.
