  My husband and I stayed here for a last minute weekend get away, and we were very pleased with this condo!! It was absolutely beautiful!! The condo itself was clean and very well stocked! In regards to the comment about having to clean the bathrooms and the carpet being unclean, I would have to disagree! All rooms were clean and my husband and I saw nothing wrong with the carpet. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, and I am picky! The outside is just as beautiful. The patio over looks a beautiful court yard with fountains. It is a very short walk to the amazing pool. The pool is a must see!! We have never seen a pool so beautiful and large! All in All this is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to bring the whole family! You WILL NOT be disappointed in this condo!!

  Condo is wonderful...Snow Birds beware kitchen items may be required...Must of had a misunderstanding with the cleaning people or who knows...had to clean the bathrooms and carpets really need a good professional cleaning...Grounds are very well kept! Pool is GREAT...complex must of had a security problem at one point... As security was on top of us at all times...geeessss we are 52 not couple of spring breakers. Oh well would recommend with the few expections being taking care of.

  We had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo and at the Island Reserve complex! The condo was well-stocked with much needed items (laundry soap, iron, linens, dishes, paper products, etc.) and is beautifully decorated with a very catchy tropical decor. The condo is well-furnished (including patio furniture, beach toys and gear, and VERY comfortable beds), which made for a very relaxing stay. The complex itself has an amazing pool and clubhouse facility with a well-stocked fitness/workout center, a gymnasium with 1/2 a basketball court, a bar and pool table room, and an AWESOME theater room! The complex, although not directly on the beach, is centrally located to most PCB attractions and restaurants and made it easy to get around town. We ran into a couple hiccups when we first got there (had to wash towels that smelled a little musty, had to buy an ironing board for the condo, and had to fix second bedroom bed that was broke), but the owner was very attentive to the issues and helped in any way he could from long distance. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to coming back/renting again for future vacations!

  My son was invited to play baseball at Frank Brown Park at the last minute, and I was worried I couldn't find a nice condo with such short notice. WOW, Was I wrong. What a DEAL!!! Large,clean, and beautiful condo, Great safe location (close to Pier Park-Walmart, etc...), Wonderful Amenties...We have stayed at many 5 Star Resorts that are not as nice. The owner, Joely, was a pleasure to work with, and delivered not only what was promised...but much more. We wll definately try to stay here again when we are in PCB.

  Island Reserve by far exceeded my expectations. It was so beautiful and so new. Like being in a private luxury resort. Only about a 10min drive to my son's baseball tournament located in Frank Brown Park. The condo was beautiful and very secluded yet walking distance to Walmart and short drive to the beach, Pineapple Willy's and the amazing Pier Park that is full of shops, restaurants, night life and a huge movie theater. My kids felt in love with all the wonderful aminities island reserve has to offer. The pool was amazing as well as your indoor basketball court, fitness room and the family play and movie theater room was such a wonderful surprise. I am definately looking forward to enjoying a family movie night during our next visit and look forward to returning to Island Reserve Community. It was a pleasure staying in your condo and you made the process so easy and quick for us. Thanks again!

  We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo at Island Reserve. I think the thing that surprised me the most was the privacy we experienced compared to other places we have stayed in the past. A gated community and real security guards at night was a big plus for us. There were several surprises as well. One was an indoor basketball court, great exercise room, and the largest outdoor private pool in Panama City Beach, Fl. Although this property is not directly on the beach it is convenient to it and quite frankly much easier on the family activities we all enjoy. I would highly recommend this property to any family that wants to enjoy the Panama City Beach area safely.
