Available for 1 month or longer... This gorgeous 1 or 2 bedroom condominium has over 45 feet of wrap-around windows and 10 foot ceilings that make it feel like a penthouse at a fraction of the price! Plus this condo is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the Ala Moana Shopping Mall. Everything is close, including a grocery store and lots of restaurants.
From the master bedroom you will have a partial ocean view and from the living room you will have a panoramic mountain/city view! This non-smoking apartment is a home away from home and has been completely remodeled.
Optional: If you are traveling with another party and need a second bedroom/studio -- please ask the owner about this option. Otherwise, this condo listing is for just the 1 bedroom. (Note: Both units have separate entrances and a lock-out door.) In addition, each unit has 1 queen bed.

DETAILS ABOUT THE 1 BEDROOM UNIT: This is large, 1 bedroom condo that has been remodeled. There is 1 full bathroom and a custom built 2 person shower with dual flow shower heads (no tub). In addition, the cool trade winds blow through this unit with the window cracked-open, or you can use the quiet built-in (and quiet) air conditioning system. This unit faces West and North so you can enjoy the diffuse light all day and will never be cooked by the sun in the afternoon.
When you walk into this condo the first thing you will notice is how big it feels. That's because the lanai has been fully enclosed and the dividing walls have been removed. Plus this is the only floor in the building with 10-foot ceilings, which adds considerably to the spacious feeling normally reserved for penthouse units.
This condo has many designer touches. In addition you will especially like the large mahogany sliding glass doors that lead into the bedroom (see pictures), the granite counter tops used in the kitchen and bathroom, updated appliances, large refrigerator w/icemaker, espresso machine, and other custom features like recessed lighting and a Bose home theater sound system. There is also an Apple TV and free Netflix.
Travertine style tile is used throughout.
Included in your rental is FREE high-speed wireless or wired internet, a PC-Vista desktop workstation with Microsoft Office 2007 software installed, LCD monitor, HP-Printer, and lots of music on iTunes; and you can even pipe music into the master bathroom! We also installed a Majic Jack phone in the unit so you can make free local and long distance calls to the USA and Canada.
This unit has a washer/dryer located in the hallway which makes it very convenient to do your laundry FOR FREE!

Our condo complex has 24 hour security and well maintained common areas: pool, sundeck, and gas BBQ. This condo is located just 1-2 blocks from the beach, Hilton Hawaiian Village and Ilikai Hotel. There are also many restaurants located within 1 block. For example The Chart House, Red Lobster, Outback, Bombay Indian Food, Harbor Pub (which has great pizza), I-Hop, etc. are all easily accessible on-foot. Plus the ABC convenience store, Subway, McDonalds, sushi, Wraps are all downstairs; and just two blocks away The Food Pantry Market is open for grocery shopping.
Everything you are looking for is here in Waikiki! Plus a trolley stop and city bus stop are both just 1/2-block away for easy access to the beach, central Waikiki, and Ala Moana Shopping Mall or if you prefer you can walk.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed in this unit.

Rates range on average between $135 - $150/night. This includes two sets of bed linens, bath towels, jucuzzi towels, beach towels, plus snorkel equipment upon request (and subject to availability).
We also do NOT collect any security deposits in advance, but we do request you let us know if anything accidentally breaks.
* Low Season monthly rate is $3,500/month (April 1 to May 1st; and October 1st through November 10th)
* Mid-Season Rate is $3,999/month
* Regular High Season Rate is $4,500/month
* Parking is optional and is based on $10/day
* House Keeping is available for $60-$80 per visit

Note: For stays 10 weeks or more you can subtract 5%. Tax is 13.962% and will be factored into your room charges. The building covenants require a stay of 30 days or more. If your reservation is made 180 days out or more from your arrival date, you can reserve your unit with 25% of the full payment due with the balance due 90 days from your arrival date. Personal checks are also accepted in advance.
No refunds unless the condo is re-rented. Reschedules and extended stays are not permitted without receiving owner’s approval in writing. No refunds for early checkout under any circumstance; and in the event of a dispute of any kind between the owner and the Guest/Renter, the owner's liability is limited to $100. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal and 2.75%-3.2% credit card processing fee will apply. Foreign guests can use a wire transfer. And personal checks are also accepted in advance.

Location + comfort + beautiful = an exceptional vacation. This condo has everything to make you feel welcomed. The only thing left to do is relax and enjoy beautiful Hawaii. Fantastic place and a fantastic owner!
This was our first try with VRBO and wanted to feel secure in the place that we chose. The owner was great with communication and was very professional in all aspects. He was more than willing and able to answer any questions or concerns that we had before and during the vacation. The condo is even better than the pictures can show. The location is perfect and we quite enjoyed walking around Waikiki and on the nights we didn't feel like walking too far, there are a ton of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Benihana's is a dining experience that allows you to have great conversations with people. Both Red Lobster and Outback are across the street. Then inside the building itself are 2 sports bars, an Indian restaurant, sushi, subway and a McDonalds. We managed to eat at all of these places and they were all great. We also rented a car with the condo and were very pleased with that decision. My wife and I did a ton of walking around Waikiki on our beach days and in the evenings but the car was great to tour the island! We went to a new beach daily and really explored which added so much to the experience. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone and have already been trying to convince my parents to use it. Once again it was a fantastic experience that we will never forget.

October 2011 Oahu Vacation
We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It is 1-2 blocks from the Hilton Lagoon and Waikiki beach. Within walking distance of Waikiki shopping, eating, and nightlife. We also rented the car from the owner. It was very nice and we went all over the island and visited many sites. I am glad we decided to get the car. We went to costco for food and alcohol and BBQ a couple of nights at the condo. The pool and hot tub were also very nice to lounge at. I would definitely reccommend this place and would rent again. The owner was very helpful and provided many recommendations before we arrive and during our stay. We really liked Hanauma Bay for snorkeling, Germaine's Luau, Pearl Harbor is a must see, Waikiki outrigger catamaran. We took a 90 minute sail but wish we had done the morning 1hr snorkel and 1hr cruise with them. Duke's was great for dinner. Giovanni's shrimp truck on north shore was very tasty too. The hike up Diamond Head was easy and the views were amazing. We hiked Manoa Falls but there wasn't much water and not very spectacular. The hike was harder than Diamond Head. We bought a couple of events through fun-hawaii.com. The owner's name is moon and has a small shop 1block in from outrigger hotel. He provided us several places to see and gave us a bunch of advice on things to do. Overall we had a great 10 day trip and can't wait to return.

We were guests in August 2009. This condo is beautiful, clean and quiet. In addition, we enjoyed the views of the mountains and ocean. Plus the condo has a very large sundeck and clean pool! We also love the decor and location of this building. Everything is in walking distance. So yes, we highly recommend this unit to others and the owner is very professional. MJ

This is a very private condo! This means you will enjoy your privacy and will not be inconvenienced by your neighbors. You will also like parking on the same floor as you unit, because that means you never will need to get into an elevator to get from your car to your front door. This is real plus....You'll see! There is 24 hr security. Plus this is an exceptionally clean building. The pool and jucuzzi are very nice too and there is a very large sundeck that gets all-day-sun. This building have virtually NO HALLWAYS to walk down to get to your condo! This may not seem like much but it’s a huge privacy factor!
