The little house was charming and reasonably comfortable. It was clean and well appointed. The bedroom on the second floor was only accessible by an outside stairs, which was slightly problematic at night, since the bathroom was downstairs. This was our first trip to Martha's Vineyard and we were traveling with our 19 month old son. I can honestly say this vacation and adorable cottage exceeded our expectations! My little family had an amazing relaxing week on the Vineyard. A very big thank you to the owners for thinking of everything and taking such good care of us. The cottage is stocked with anything and everything you could need while away from home...truly a home away from home! The gardens on the property and hammock made it impossible not to relax. And of course our son enjoyed watching the bunnies that appeared on the property after dusk. The deck is a great place to relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a book! The cottage is a short walk to Jetty Beach where you can swim, build castles in the sand and watch the boats come into Oak Bluffs – a big hit with our little boy! It’s also a 5 minute bike ride to Oak Bluffs for shopping and eating. The cottage fit my husband and I along with our toddler nicely with room to grow. I highly encourage anyone thinking of renting this property to do so… You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great find! We loved staying in this cottage. It was the perfect size for my husband, our baby, and me. It was fully equipped with all that we needed and the owners are warm and helpful. My favorite part was actually the yard, with the hammock and gardens. The outdoor shower was great, too! It was rather warm when we went, though, and the upstairs bedroom was very hot so we stayed in the living room instead which was perfectly comfortable. I hope to stay here again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
